★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και αυτά που μου είπαν δεν ήταν αλήθεια για μια κάρτα what's up που πήρα.Εντομεταξη για να τους πάρεις τηλ να παραπονεθεί δεν μπορείς.Εχουν έναν αριθμό που αν δεν έχεις λεφτά δεν μπορείς να μιλήσεις, χρεώνεσαι. Που από νούμερα cosmote θε έπρεπε να είναι δωρεάν...Μολις μπορέσω θα πάω από εκεί γιατί μένω λίγο μακριά κ θα ζητήσω εξηγήσεις...
 I did not have a fast service and what they told me was not true for a what's up card I got. Logging in to get them on the phone you can not complain. Which from cosmote numbers should be free ... As soon as I can I will go from there because I live a little far and I will ask for explanations ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κύριος στην είσοδο είχε αρκετά επιθετικο/απότομο ύφος όταν ζήτησε τα στοιχεία εμβολιασμού κτλ, χωρις φυσικα να υπάρχει λόγος (ούτε καλημέρα δεν πρόλαβα να του πω). Παρατήρησα ότι έκανε το ίδιο και στους επόμενους πελάτες
The gentleman at the entrance was quite aggressive / abrupt when he asked for the vaccination information, etc., without of course there being a reason (I did not even have time to tell him good morning). I noticed that he did the same to the next customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 αστέρια για την cosmote και 5 αστέρια για το προσωπικό στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα.
Δηλώσαμε βλάβη Πέμπτη τηλεφωνικά με τα κεντρικά και μες βεβαίωσαν ότι Δευτέρα θα λάβουμε το νέο router αντικατάστασης. 4 μέρες χωρίς τηλέφωνο και Ίντερνετ. Τη Δευτέρα κανένα κουριερ δεν εμφανίστηκε. Πήγαμε στο κατάστημα και η υπάλληλος έμεινε στην τηλεφωνική αναμονή με τα κεντρικά για πάνω από μισή ώρα, για να μπορέσει να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να πάρει το πράσινο φως για να μας δώσει ένα νέο ρούτερ επιτοπου. Έτσι και έγινε. Πήραμε το νέο ρούτερ και κάναμε τη δουλειά μας...το ρούτερ που υποτίθεται ότι θα λαμβάναμε με κούριερ δεν φάνηκε ποτέ. Άρα δεν εστάλη και ποτέ

We reported a fault on Thursday by phone with the headquarters and they assured us that on Monday we will receive the new replacement router. 4 days without phone and internet. No couriers showed up on Monday. We went to the store and the clerk waited on the phone with the headquarters for over half an hour, so she could serve us and get the green light to give us a new router on the spot. So it happened. We got the new router and did our job ... the router we were supposed to receive by courier was never seen. So it was never sent

Apart from giving my phone number to another person it literally took about 5 visits and 4 h to kinda get this resolved.
On the top of that people were discouraging me , to get into this procedure offering me a new number.
Needless to say the person that got my phone number had all my personal data leaked.
