★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (ώρα 12:50) 5 υπάλληλοι + η υπεύθυνη του υποκαταστήματος, ουρά 10-15 ατόμων που έφτανε μέχρι το πεζοδρόμιο εκτός του καταστήματος. Στην ερώτηση πελάτη για την καθυστέρηση, η απάντηση υπαλλήλου ήταν " Ας ερχόσασταν νωρίτερα κύριε που δεν είχε ουρά" με ύφος "κάτσε καλά να'ούμε".
Εν τέλει οι πελάτες της Vodafone εξηπυρετήθηκαν μετά από την μικρής διάρκειας ένταση στο κατάστημα.
Λίγη ευγένεια και ψυχραιμία αδέρφια, για το καλό όλων μας.
(12:50 pm) 5 employees + branch manager, queue of 10-15 people arriving on the sidewalk outside the store. To the client's question about the delay, the employee's response was "Let's come earlier sir who didn't have a queue" with a "sit well" style.
Eventually, Vodafone's customers were served after a brief hiatus in the store.
A little kindness and gentle brothers, for the good of us all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρέπει το προϊόν που πουλάνε να μπορούν να το υποστηρίξουν ταυτόχρονα. Μετά από αναβάθμιση δεν είχα ίντερνετ. Μετά από παράπονα πήγα μου δώσανε ρούτερ για να έχω ίντερνετ και αφού το συνδεσα δεν έχω τηλέφωνο. Είναι τραγικό εν έτη 2020 να μην μπορεί μια υπηρεσία να ανταπεξέλθει σε αυτό που σου πουλάει.
They need to be able to support the product they are selling at the same time. After upgrading I did not have internet. After complaints I went they gave me a router to have internet and after I connected it I do not have a phone. It is tragic in the years 2020 that a service can not cope with what it sells to you.

Άλλαξα το καρτοτηλέφωνο σε καρτοπρογραμμα αλλά ο υπάλληλος όλως τυχαίως "ξέχασε" να με ενημερώσει ότι ενεργοποιώντας το πρόγραμμα στις 6 του μήνα για 2 ημέρες θα πλήρωνα το πάγιο όλου του μηνα
I went
I changed the prepaid phone to a prepaid program but the employee accidentally "forgot" to inform me that activating the program on the 6th of the month for 2 days I would pay the full month fee
