★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά τις προσπάθειες του τεχνικού ,δεν έγινε ρύθμιση της κάρτας SIM ..
Δε μπορώ να στείλω SMS στο 13033 , αλλά και σε κάποιο αλλο συνδρομητή.
 Despite the efforts of the technician, the SIM card was not adjusted.
I can not send SMS to 13033, but also to another subscriber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατες υπάλληλοι χωρίς στοιχειώδη συμπεριφορά εξυπηρέτησης πελατών... αδαείς, ειρωνικές και ανίκανες να φέρουν εις πέρας τα καθήκοντα τους!!! Η εταιρεία θα έπρεπε να ελέγχει την απόδοση των υπαλλήλων προς αποφυγήν προβλημάτων των πελατών...ο πελάτης δε σου φταίει τίποτα όταν δεν ξέρεις να τον εξυπηρετήσεις, ίσα ίσα που και τον καθυστερεις και τον ωθεις να μην ξανά πατήσει το πόδι του...
Regrettable employees without elementary customer service behavior ... ignorant, ironic and unable to perform their duties !!! The company should monitor the performance of employees to avoid customer problems ... the customer is not your fault when you do not know how to serve him, as long as you delay him and urge him not to step on his foot again ...

Very slow in service and takes 10-15 days for a double play connection, turtle rhythms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω. Δεν ξέρω τι να προτοσχολιασω την εξυπηρέτηση???που πας σε εξυπηρετούν και σε εξυπηρετούν και λάθος πας να διορθώσεις το λάθος ΤΟΥΣ και κάνουν σαν να μην έχει συμβεί κάτι, κάνουν ότι δε ξέρουν τι και καλά έχει συμβεί. Η χειρότερη τηλεφωνική εμπειρία που έχω θα βρεις το δίκιο σου μόνο αν κινηθείς νομικά το λέω γιατί έχω εμπειρία συγγενικού προσώπου που μόνο έτσι έβγαλε άκρη.!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they sold me a tourist sim-card the description and everything is in Greek. the setup on the card was wrong so I had to change it myself, the worst part, they didn't tell me that the simcard has a daily limit of 3GB since I reached this I only have limited speed, even that I have 19 GB left to use. and the Vodafone Greek support was not able to help at all, so be careful. test the simcard in the shop and never go over the daily limit as speed will be reduced and might not be set back. even if they tell you so. bad experience can't recommend Vodafone!
