Να πάρουμε τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά!!! Δε μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν ούτε για τα πιο απλά πράγματα. Όταν ζήτησα τιμολόγιο μου είπαν ότι είχαν κόψει απόδειξη χωρίς να με ρωτήσουν και δεν μπορούσαν να ακυρώσουν το παραστατικό. Άκουσον άκουσον!!!. Μου ζήτησαν τελικώς για να ακυρώσουν αφού δεν με έδειραν μέχρι στοιχεία μητρώου επιχείρησης με σημερινή ημερομηνια επίτηδες για να με διώξουν... Όπως τους έκοψα κατάλληλοι για γυμναστήριο.. Για πώληση δεν.. Καμία εξυπηρέτηση στον πελάτη πλήρη αδιαφορία.. Περνάνε τον κόσμο για πρόβατα με την ευκαιρία των ημερων... Κρίμα, και η cosmote όλο και ποιο κατω.. Zero service except for a lad. Mi servicio quedó activado en ese momento. Había adquirido otra tarjeta en un períptero, pero no la pude activar ya que hay una falla en el sistema y hasta el momento no se ha resuelto, en el centro de atención tampoco pudieron resolverlo ya que es cuestión del sistema y que en la tienda no controlan esto. Espero que en cualquier momento la otra tarjeta se pueda activar. Recomiendo que adquieran el servicio en el centro de atención. Si adquieren la carta/tarjeta en otro lugar, les puede pasar lo que aquí describo. Los horarios es el que está indicado en la ficha. Εκτός ότι μου έλυσαν το πρόβλημα που είχα επικοινώνησαν στην συνέχεια μαζί μου να με ρωτήσουν εάν αποκαταστάθηκε το πρόβλημα και γενικά να με ενημερώσουν για την εξέλιξη και αποκατάσταση του! Άψογη και φιλική εξυπηρέτηση! ΜΠΡΑΒΟ!!! Excellent children !!!
