★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We call them do rent a car and few minutes we went there to pick the car they told us there is not anymore available cars, they try to sell you big expensive cars, but in a parking outside from Kera was many cars for rent.
The guy is rude. Disrespect, avoid them dont waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhelpful service provided by Kera Tours. The man in Sitia airport was rude, no one for the check out of the car in Heraklion Airport and the real feeling to disturb them by phone.
We booked at the begining a Volkswagen Up, and then we ask them to have a bigger car. They accepted for 100 euros excess, but they finally gave us a same category car : a Hyundai i10. Then, we payed 100 euros for nothing.
After 10 years coming in Crete, it is the very first time I deal with those rude people. Avoid them.
EDIT: Rental in July/August for 3 weeks name CHOLLET LEFEBVRE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my wife we rented a car from Kera in Agios Nikolaos for 4 days. We could not be more satisfied with the excellent service, very reasonable price and car insurance they provide. In a very busy parking lot at the beach I was backing up the car and accidentally hit a bumper. Kera waived any damage cost as it was covered by insurance. We were very pleased. We would highly recommend Kera for anyone looking to rent a car in Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent car with them at the small agency near the Marina in Aghios Nikolaos! They attract you with offers like you pay 2 days of rent and one day is offered. When they deliver the car at the hotel (with one hour late!), they make you sign a contract limiting the rent at two days without warning you. They call you on the third day morning to claim the car and when you complain, they refer to the contract. Even though they made you pay for three days the rent of children seats and the additional driver (3€ per day).
In summary there is inconsistency between what they say and what they make you sign.
We are now waiting to see if they will try to take more money on them for fuel (no time to put some as they came at the hotel to take the car on the third day morning) or anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agency itself is not truly customer oriented. They do not really provide you with the time and attention required. However, if you know what you would like to book; it is fine. The excursion agencies operate on their own, separately from Kera Tours.
