Η καλύτερη εμπειρία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτου που είχα. Ανταγωνιστικές τιμές χωρίς έξτρα ή κρυφές χρεώσεις κατά την άφιξη μας στο Αεροδρόμιο. Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καθαρό σε άριστη κατάσταση και πλήρως λειτουργικά. Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο χώρο παραλαβής- παράδοσης στο Αεροδρόμιο του Ηρακλείου. Εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα.

The car prices are quite cheap, but you get what you pay for. We had rented a Suzuki Jimny for a week, and we had booked specifically that car with a pre-payment two weeks earlier (due to the bad road conditions, we wanted a high-set car). When we arrived, they wanted to give us a different car, although the Jimny was standing right in the parking spot. After almost an hour we finally got the car we had booked (and had to leave a credit card number, which we never had to do before). The car itself had completely worn out brakes and we were basically forced to follow other cars at night or use the high beams, because the "normal" low beam lights were super dirty and weak. We had also arranged a specific time for the return of the car, but when we arrived, there was no one. We called their number a few times, but they wouldn't pick up, so we basically had to throw the car keys into an unlocked cabin and leave for our flight. We wouldn't rent there again, even if other car models might be newer and in better condition, the service was basically non-existent.

Everything was as expected, nice car, easy pick up and drop off, would definitely come back and recommend to a friends
