★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely food, friendly staff, got to know Kostas, Maria, her brother (forgotten his name sorry!), the lovely chef and her lovely daughter! Maria took the time to explain what everything was on the menu and what was gluten free for me. They even cooked some beautiful fish for me without the batter! Lots of love from Keith and Julie! Xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved going here during are holiday. Food was amazing the people that work here are so friendly and lovely we we're looked after brilliantly all the night's we came and the kids were adorned and just loved coming as well. Would come back to Crete just for here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Greek restaurant. Multiple small dishes or a complete meal. Low prices. 4 stars because you have to push back on the speed. It is a small restaurant and I understand they want to run the table multiple times, but not with my table ;) For kids it's nice because there is a safe churche square where kids can play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located a bit off the Main Street, next to the church you will find this traditional, Family-run Tavern.
The food is simple,traditional and very tasty! We went there a few times and didn’t taste one thing on the Menu we did not like ?
The Family is very welcoming and we always had a great time there. If you are in the area, you should definitely pop in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Greek tapas style dinner (all starters). The whole table was loaded with Authentic Greek dishes and they were very tasty. On top of that the view was amazing also. Last but not least the host was very kind, helpful and passionate about their establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run business Dad's the head chef, authentic no nonsense Greek food, Mary and her brother will take good care of you as they did us, very friendly genuine folk. We dined at Kostas a couple of nights and were not disappointed, only thing I would suggest is fast before you visit and take your time as you will feel the need to clear your plates, the beef fell apart before my knife touched it, Mary you gave us your card as we left and as promised review delivered for great scoff and your suggestion on checking out the church opposite revealed a magnificent building steeped in history I would guess most people would miss, best wishes to pa pa and the engine room and see you again friends
