★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le lieu, le lieu et le lieu… Cet endroit est magique et incroyable…! Dans le centre, côté vieux port de Skiathos Hora, le plus authentique, surplombant la mer, en face de la presqu île de Bourtzi. Chaque matin, je me suis réveillée sur la mer avec le soleil, un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Ma chambre était de taille correcte et très propre (nettoyée tous les jours), fenêtre donnant sur la mer et petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse, à l ombre ou au soleil. Accès privé et direct à la mer pour un petit plouf désaltérant le soir en rentrant. La maison Koulas, car il s agit bel et bien d une ancienne maison, parfaitement restaurée et minutieusement décorée, offre un panorama de rêve grâce à ses terrasses plongeant dans la mer. La propriétaire des lieux m’a accueillie de façon chaleureuse et charmante. C est vraiment une place privilégiée, je vous souhaite d’en faire l expérience…
 The place, the place and the place… This place is magical and amazing…! In the centre, on the old port side of Skiathos Hora, the most authentic, overlooking the sea, opposite the Bourtzi peninsula. Every morning I woke up on the sea with the sun, a haven of peace and tranquility. My room was a decent size and very clean (cleaned daily), window overlooking the sea and breakfast on the terrace, in the shade or in the sun. Private and direct access to the sea for a thirst-quenching splash in the evening on your way home. The Koulas house, because it is indeed an old house, perfectly restored and meticulously decorated, offers a dream panorama thanks to its terraces plunging into the sea. The owner of the premises welcomed me in a warm and charming way. It really is a privileged place, I hope you will experience it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our little heaven on the island. We are staying at Koulas House for years already. The house is perfectly located at the water with a private entry such as an easy walk to the city for dinner. Sera is a wonderful host and will make your stay unforgettable.
