★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful hotel! Dimitris the manager was fantastic and so helpful during our stay. He made us feel so at home during our stay in Skiathos. The room and view were breathtaking. The location on the old port was fantastic- so close to everything you would need. I can’t wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic aparthotel literally hanging over the sea at the end of the harbour in Skiathos. The view is stunning and you can hear the waves. There are some bars nearby but the soundproofing was very good so we couldn't hear any noise during the night. The decoration, beds, bedding were all of excellent quality. Dimitris, the manager is an outstanding professional, very polite, accommodating and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total gem in a spectacular location with the best service during our early September stay. This hotel is situated in what is quite possibly the best location on the island, overlooking the harbor and the bourtzi. Lovely sunsets and sunrises with fishing boats entering in and out of the harbor. Our room felt new and sparkling clean, and had a spectacular balcony right over "the water". Dimitris and the staff are the definition of Greek Hospitality. Dimitris was friendly and courteous, ask him for great beach and hike recommendations. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s up here? I’m in the middle of a dancefloor!! This hotel is so nice but completely useless because of the mega clubbing sounds of gin fish bar right next door behind this wall. If this would be 20,- Euro per night- fine. But this is just the worst I ever experienced. 2:30 at night and it’s getting louder every minute. It’s so sad…
Update - we got fully refunded. Dimitris is a fantastic manager and very much caring. He is hot the problem and The Water is beautiful with all the great decorated rooms. And I hope the will win the fight against the clubbing bars in front of it. Skiathos should not make a mistake and support something like that. On the long run, everybody will loose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely hotel manager Dimitri met my ferry and helped with my large suitcase (OK he didn't help - I had nothing to do with it !) - he took my large suitcase to the hotel for me. He also made sure he was around 4 days later when I left to help me take my case down a few steps to the taxi. He was lovely and incredibly helpful . This hotel is a find. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely . I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea the old port. Bliss. Highy recommend it. Next time I come to Skiathos I shall be staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view was fantastic and Dimitris was more than helpful, we were a little bit afraid that there might be too much noise coming from the near bars but with the window closed and the AC on you could hardly hear any noise from the outside. 5/5 stay!
