E	Efrat Schwartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ המקום חדש ויפה מאוד, בעל המקום נחמד. נוף מקסים אל המפרץ והעיר. רגוע ושקט. חסרונות- צריך מכונית ומיומנות נהיגה (ירידה תלולה בכניסה למתחם) , המקום מבודד מחוץ לעיר, אין שירותי מלון וחנויות בסביבה הקרובה. הרבה מדרגות בגישה לחלק מהיחידות. הניהול והאחזקה חובבנים. (תקלות ניאגרה, נזילה בשרותים, ריח עובש בחדר לא מאוורר). כשמתקשרים למלון עונה שירות בתשלום, כך שאין קשר ישיר למלון עצמו. היינו בשני סוגי חדרים- 1. גבוה מעל המפרץ, חדר עם מרפסת שהנוף ממנה מרהיב. 2. יחידה גדולה ל 4 אנשים,, חשוכה בחלקה ללא חלונות חוץ מדלת הכניסה מהמרפסת, ובה היה ריח העובש, יש בה מדרגה שמפרידה בין חדר השינה לחלל המרכזי. The place is new and very beautiful, the owner of the place is nice. Lovely view of the bay and the city. Calm and quiet. Cons - Need a car and driving skills (steep descent at the entrance to the complex), the place is isolated outside the city, there are no hotel services and shops in the immediate vicinity. Lots of stairs in access to some of the units. Amateur management and maintenance. (Niagara malfunctions, leak in the toilet, smell of mold in an unventilated room). When calling the hotel there is a paid service, so there is no direct connection to the hotel itself. We were in two room types- 1. High above the bay, a room with a balcony from which the view is spectacular. 2. Large unit for 4 people, partially dark with no windows except the front door from the balcony, which had the smell of mold, it has a step that separates the bedroom and the main space.
T	Tai Tien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει σουίτα 1 υπνοδωματίου , σε όροφο . Με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι . Μας έδωσαν ένα άσχετο δωμάτιο . Καμία σχέση με αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει . Δεν παραδέχτηκαν ποτε το λάθος τους κ ας του έδειξα την φωτογραφία κ τα μαιλ που είχαμε ανταλλάξει . Ισχυρίστηκαν ότι είναι λάθος η φωτογραφία που είχαν κ ότι το δωμάτιο που μου έδωσαν τελικά ήταν από τα καλύτερα τους . Μας πρότειναν να μας δώσουν δωρεάν πρωινό για το λαθος που έγινε . Δυστυχώς δεν φορούσαν μάσκες , το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν όσο καθαρό προβλέπεται (ειδικά σε αυτή την τιμή ) και ουδεμία σχέση έχει με luxury σουίτα . Τελικά μας έδωσαν την προκαταβολή που είχαμε δώσει κ βρήκαμε άλλο κατάλυμα ευτυχώς . Δεν θα το πρότεινα . Το μόνο καλό μπορώ να πω από όσο είδα ήταν η θεα στο λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. While we had booked a 1 bedroom suite, upstairs. With private balcony. They gave us an irrelevant room. Nothing to do with what we had closed. They never admitted their mistake and I showed him the photo and the emails we had exchanged. They claimed that the photo they had was wrong and that the room they finally gave me was one of their best. They offered to give us a free breakfast for the mistake that was made. Unfortunately they were not wearing masks, the room was not as clean as it should be (especially at this price) and has nothing to do with a luxury suite. Eventually they gave us the deposit we had given and we found another accommodation happily. I would not recommend it. The only good thing I can say from what I saw was the view of the port of Skiathos.

F	Fabio De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we have a big problem with personnel which is not professional and the level of cleanness is at the low everage. All cleaness of brekfast area and rooms is assigned to one girl (she is rude and she never smiles). This is a pity because place is enchanting, well positioned to go to airport and city, new functional and elegant environment, wonderful view with possibility of terrace for your evening aperitifs, kitchen (no fires) with fridge in the room. Tennis field available Gregarious ( the manager) is really kind and he does possible to fill in evident gaps for poor and messy breakfast. It would be sad to have a ruined reputation for so important missing details. We hope for a change!
D	DENISR WA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful Suite. The owner is very nice and he gave us very good tips for the island.l, He speaks very good German. The room was always clean. We had a nice view to the port of Skiatos. Also watching some airplanes while landing was spectacular. It wasn't annoying at all, as I thougt bevor. In total a very good place to stay!
