★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff basic accommodation in a lively little village. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. 15 minutes walk to the beach again with lots of bars cafes and restaurants. Lovely place to visit traditional local food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Rooms are adorable. Located in a cute little village with great views and plenty of shops and restaurants. I will happily go back again and I will choose them if I'm ever staying in Heraklion again.
They do have parking, it is down a narrow alley. Don't bring a large car (if you happen to have one on Crete). A small sports sedan was about as large as you can fit on these village roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great holiday in this charming hotel. The room was clean and we had an amazing view. In the evening there are a lot of options for dinner and you can have a nice walk, but back in your room there is no noise. You can sleep perfectly in your comfy bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place and the staff is always kindly. The swimming pool have also a bar for breakfast, snacks and lunch time. The Spa is perfect for relax and any type offline massage. At the reception there is a very good library and some DVDs. Perfect place for family and not. The distance from the sea is 2km but you can take a taxi that is cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment's in a beautiful setting. It's like a secret garden when you go through the old shop front. It's quiet and relaxing with the apartments set in gardens. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The apartments are gorgeous, home from home with everything catered for with a perfect kitchenette, bathroom, living room with dining area, bedroom with fitting wardrobes and plenty of storage space, we even had a roof terrace from our bedroom with gorgeous views of Hersonissos.
The pool area is very nice with comfortable sun loungers in plentiful supply. It's quiet and relaxing.
Breakfast is also served by the pool too, continental breakfast. You wouldn't actually think you are smack bang in the middle of the village as it is so peaceful and quiet. Best place we have stayed with in Koutouloufari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two weeks and loved every day. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is great! In the heart of the village. Very relaxed atmosphere, amazing view over the village all the way up to the sea. Absolutely recommend staying here
