Creta Blue Boutique Hotel & Suites - Ipsilantou Street

Another year and again we chose Creta Blue for our holiday. Once again wonderful place with exceptional service and the most wonderful staff. I never want to leave, no matter how long we stay, 15 days was still not long enough for us! We can not wait to go back!

This place is a real heaven. The staff is something out of this world - I never met such friendly people, trying to make your holiday as pleasant as they can - George the owner, Levania, Letha, just everyone! We've been there one week and felt like it's became some sort of out little home for the next few days, meeting a new family. The whole complex is super clean and tidy, modern and techy but full with authentic and natural element. The room is spacious - there's everything you need and if there's something else - just ask. We wanted another blanket, a stiff pillow and some kettle and got it within minutes. The restaurant is near the big pool, with a view to the mountains and to the sea, each dish was super delicious (and as one of us Vegeterian, the chef was ready to prepare anything we'd like, and he did some great dished! The cauliflower with peanut butter was amazing!). The pool in the adults complex (with only 4 rooms) was great, you felt like you're almost having a private pool :) The walk to the beach/city is a 15-20 minutes downstairs, the way back is stiff so you can take a taxi for 7 euros.. at the city you can find shops and restaurants, although we ate mostly at the Hotel, and it was totally worth it. Was amazing, and we already planning to come back, thank you <3

Everyone reading this - I am confident that you will have an amazing experience - I felt the most at home throughout my whole stay in Crete while staying at the Crete Blue Suites ! It’s a family-run/owned business and you feel it, they pour their heart into it. I was welcomed with a big smile, the owner Georgios Roussakis and his staff made sure everyone was as happy as can be, the food was amazing as well ( In the evening I recommend eating Dinner at the restaurant - the view is breathtaking , make sure to try the special local dishes of the day! Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly. Mr George Roussakis felt more as a friend than the hotel owner, I recommend spending time at this hotel from the bottom of my heart.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the start of May and were completely blown away by the whole experience. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner George who gave us a free room upgrade - without us even asking - to a beautiful suite with a magnificent sea view. Our dinner on the first night was a meze evening with a delicious selection of traditional Greek dishes to choose from. We ate at the restaurant on our final night - the calamari we had to start was possibly the nicest thing I’ve ever eaten! We spent a few days chilling by the lovely pool, where the bar staff - especially Kostas (legend) are always happy to make you cocktails without you even having to move from your sunlounger. George and team - thanks for the best week, we will be back ???

Wonderful week long stay at Creta Blue in May 2022. Never have I stayed somewhere with such attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with stunning views. I can only echo all the other incredible reviews this hotel already rightly has.

Cannot express how amazing this place is, from head to toe relaxation. The rooms are stunning, the food is sensational and the service is out of this world. They’re the most friendly, beautiful, accommodating, warm hearted people, who go above & beyond in service. 100% recommend this amazing place to everyone, will be coming back for many years to come.

Creta Blue is a lovely family run hotel. George and all his team are very welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful setting in the hills with an amazing view across the sea. The food served at the restaurant was exceptional. We arrived very early in the season and most of the tavernas in the local village were still getting ready for the season but we managed to find a lovely taverna for tapas - lovely fresh fish. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
