Excellent big house right by the waters. House cleaned daily by a really nice woman. Towels replaced daily if required. Location is good if you want a bit of peace and quiet. Around the corner from aquarium which was a nice day visit for kids.

Excellent service with great view of the sea! An experience I will always remember. Manolis is a great host and with his sons he did everything we could ask for. I definitely recommend this place for families, kids and big group of friends.

Great place for families! Brand new, very well kept, amazing view, awesome facilities (pool, kitchen, air conditioning, jacuzzi, appliances, netflix and more). The host (Manolis) is really great, helped us a lot also with other logistics and he is very kind. Restaurants are in close walking distance. We had a great time during August 2018 (22 people - 5 families, 10 adults, 12 children). Mostly recommended!!!

Unbelievable location and excellent home. Steps from the water where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. Manolis and his family are fantastic hosts. Do yourself a favour. If you can stay here, do so. We lucked out due to a light holiday year because of Covid. I suspect any other year, it would be very difficult. Book while you can...

We spent an incredible week in two of the villas at Kouvohori. The villas are made with love and have everything you'll need in a perfect condition. Thanks to the great location, we were able to explore different parts of the island by car and also go for dinner or a swim in a short walking distance. Manolis is an excellent host, he was a great help organizing cars, trips and restaurants for the whole group. It was very nice to have such a friendly local helping anytime. Definitely 5 stars worth and I would recommend it in any case! We will be back one day for sure! Thank you for everything!

Our group of 20 people stayed in this villa for a week and it was a perfect vacation! The host Manolis was super helpful and friendly. The house is large and modern and has plenty of space for 20 people! The bedrooms are spacious and each one has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, like the rest of the villa (once a day the cleaning maid comes). The pool and jacuzzi were just amazing! The villa is only 10m from the sea and a clean and quiet beach can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. There are also some nice restaurants at the sea front (5 minutes on foot) All in all we had a great holiday and hope to come back next year! It was perfect in every way

The Villas are Just 20 m from the seafront in Gouves. Restaurants and mini markets are just a short walk away and you can have your own BBQ in the garden with a spectacular sea view. Manolis , the host , is always available to give you info about everything and his warm smile makes you feel like home! ask him anything, he will find you sollutions. I strongly recommend villa Kouvohori if you want to have vacations based on quality

Me and my friends came with 9 people and it was no problem to put up an extra bed! The villa and the view were magnificent. You had a 270 degrees lookout on the sea. And looking at the sunset out of the jacuzzi was the most beautiful thing ever. The villa was also perfect! It was well equipped with nice bathrooms, good bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and an awesome balcony. Even though we were loud sometimes manolis came to warn us first before taking action. We are really thankful for having such a great and helpful host. We had to come from chania and he organized the best and cheapest airport transfer ever. If you want to go to chersonissos you can ask Manolis for a taxi and he will give you a number to call. Really the best host we could’ve asked for. Also everyday a maid came by to do some small chores and help us with the cleaning. The maid even helped me Iron some clothing, she was the sweetest lady ever! The pool is also awesome! It’s a shared pool. Which was even more fun we met some great people and had a couple great days with them. The pool beds are also great and comfortable. They are so comfortable that I woke up on them a couple nights?. After all we had a great vacation and really want to thank manolis and the maid. Cheers!
