★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with ANE car rental - called them in the evening and had a nice new peugeot 108 in the morning. Quick paperwork, full insurance and possible to pay by card “on the go”. Thank you, it was nice to hire a car via your car rental! For those who’s going to hire a car for few people and take a road Chania-Elafonissi, probably good idea to take a more powerful car, as road is a bit challenging for those who’s nor use to drive in the mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with Manolis and Yannis really very good, always picking up phone, promptly responding to mails. They offer good prices and full insurance. Cars are rather on the older side, we have got Hunday i30 (not a good car overall) with 42k km on the counter, bit scratched.
Than we started to have car problem, they took care of it very quickly directing me to the nearest workshop where the car was temporarily fixed in 2 hours. This temporary repair unfortunately lasted only for a week so we end up with replacement car. Even though we had all those car issues we cannot honestly complain at the ANE rental because they were in place in the moment you need them. When they said "I call you back in few minutes" - they did. I very much appreciated such customer service because that is nothing worst that being left alone with broken car in the foreign country. That is why I can really and honestly recommend them. Car can always broke down, but having reliable company backing you up is a real value. Yannis, Manolis - thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent small firm with good cars and thoughtful service. Unlike some of the big firms their pick up and return is in the main airport car park right opposite the airport entrance, so no long walk down the road in the hot sun with suitcases! We would definitely use them again.
