Avoid this resort. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plenty of other nice places in the area to spend your money.

We stayed from 7 June to 11 June in the room with garden view and swimpool. The weather was perfect, the room better than what you see on the pictures. The restaurants was really really good! We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner! Everyone was really helpful. Near to the airport but not bothered by noise. We could enjoy the beuatiful view from the hotel and the pool in silence! We had a late checkout, we were aloud to stay longer in the hotel. Thank you again for everything. And make sure to use the Spa! Oh face treatment and body treatment was perfect!

The worst service I ever experienced in my life. This hotel Has distorted our holiday in Zante completely. Instead of relaxation I was stressed everyday. I paid very expensive for the Villa and nobody take the things seriously. Only what they said I'm so sorry... but if you pay 1600€ per night you need to get the quality service you pay for. I will summarise the problem: - Room temperature was 24,5 degrees. They send people to check but they couldn't solve it. We stay 4 nights in a Villa everyday we was spending our time waiting for repair things in the room which was not working correctly. The televisions don't work. The cooking plate and oven was not working they forgot to install the electric.. leak in the bathroom..emergency light they installed it in the sleeping area so when you turn lights off this light is on and it's very annoying during your sleep. Last but not least they cancelled our boat trip at 6:30pm saying that they have other trips booked for the next day.. incredible ridiculous!!!! all by all it was too much things which have destroyed our holiday and relaxation. But the worst is that no manager came to us personally or even by phone until today to give them apologies for all we have experienced. So this mean nobody care.. we paid our 4 nights in advance so they got your money already so they don't care. the only person which did her almost best for us was the housekeeping manager Katharina. This lady was doing her almost efforts. We checkout from the hotel without seeing any manager to came to us to give his apologies and offer us even one free glass of water for all we had experience here for the price we paid for 4 nights.. the horrible hospitality ever..
