The room was very clean had a sea view . The food continental breakfast but also had either sausage or bacon to do a small english .. Lunches salads plus hot foods.. evening meal variety of choice. The only fault in eating area is that it is outside and attracts flys..the hotel is NOT family orientated great for couples who want a nice chilled relaxing holiday. The hotel also provide a mini bus to go to Zante . Bannana Beach and Tsilivi FREE of charge. The staff are very friendly and do go out of there way to help in anyway they can .GREAT TIME .

Food is fair, somewhat tradional although most of the guests preffer junk as they are used to eat at home from micro owen (spaghetti, pancakes, sweets, ...) and are somewhat reluctant to taste the great and nicely prepared greek dishes. The hotel is outside the urban area, what would make it great and peaceful stay, if the youngsters would not drink at the pool and dogs in the neigbourhood would not bark entire night. For the dogs it is difficult because of their irresponsible owners, but the night watch shall be doing better job or get fired. The hotel is about 20 min walking from the nearest beach in Paros. To centre of Zakynthos city is about 30-40 min. To rent a scooter or a car is a must have, if you stay at this hotel, although a hotel's bus is also available. The hotel and facilities are clean and well maintained. Although this is not the case for island in general. Zakynthos is one of the dirtiest island in Greece. The garbage is everywhere.

Service is horrible the toilet seat in room was broken and never fixed even though we complained about it. A/C didnt work on our last 2 nights and never came to fix it. The food serving is cheap and always the same fatty foods plus its outside and always infested with wasps and flies. Cocktails are done in plastic cups like high-school alcohol. Swimming pool small but ok it has a nice relaxing area. Gym and sauna dont exist. Wifi only accessible in the food court or reception area. On the other hand the staff is very friendly and funny. It was an expensive week for us and totally not worth it. I wouldnt complain if I paid half of what we did pay. !!! Avoid like a plague !!!
E	Eliza Marin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 3 rooms booked between june 29- july 4, 2020 and I didn't received any notification about that the hotel will be closed all year, moreover, we came to Zakynthos( because we had 3 confirmed reservations) and the hotel was closed. I can not believe that such a big hotel can do this. They ruined my vacation just because they couldn't write 2 lines in an e-mail: "we won't be open this year". More than that, just 1 month ago, they told me that if we travel by car, we can come to them. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I can't.
D	Damian Kotwica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waste of time for this hotel. food very poor. the same thing to eat every day, i.e. cheese, tomato, very poor quality luncheon. continuous lack of coffee or milk in the machine, a problem with the water in the toilet, no ventilation in the bathroom, it's a shame to write what is going on here. but I advise against renting a room in this hotel. waste of money.
