C	Christina Papoula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Η παραλαβή των αποτελεσμάτων γίνεται πολύ εύκολα μόνο με ένα pdf στο email σου. Για όποιον χρειάζεται PCR για ταξίδι εντός 24ωρων είναι το μόνο διαγνωστικό που μπορει να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Very kind and helpful staff. Receiving the results is very easy with just a pdf in your email. For anyone who needs PCR for travel within 24 hours is the only diagnostic that can serve you.

A	Annita Ni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προφανως και δε νοιαζονται για το οτι καποιος χρειαζεται εγκαιρως τα αποτελεσματα των εξετασεων του και ακομα και οταν ευγενεστατα το εξηγησα εκ των προτερων, τη δευτερη φορα που πηγα, παλι δεν εδωσαν σημασια. Ουσιαστικα δεν εκαναν αυτο που απο μονοι τους υποσχονται. Τριτη ευκαιρια δεν θα εχουν απι εμενα, γιατι με αφησαν εκτεθειμενη. Obviously they do not care that someone needs the results of their exams in time and even when I politely explained it in advance, the second time I went, again they did not pay attention. They basically did not do what they promised on their own. They will not have a third chance for me, because they left me exposed.

Το περιβάλλον είναι άνετο και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό, εξηγώντας τυχόν απορίες και καθησυχάζοντας κατά την διάρκεια της δειγματοληψίας. Η αιμοληψία έγινε με τη χρήση πεταλούδας, ενώ το άτομο που πραγματοποίησε την δειγματοληψία τήρησε τα μέτρα ατομικής προστασίας, φορώντας γάντια κατά την διαδικασία. Σχετικά με τα αποτελέσματα, αυτά τα παρέλαβα μέσω email (σε μορφή pdf), με σαφείς επεξηγήσεις των αποτελεσμάτων στο δεξιό πλαίσιο του φύλλου αποτελεσμάτων. Επίσης, έλαβα τηλεφωνική κλήση από το εργαστήριο, για μια απορία που είχα σχετικά με την εργαστηριακή τεχνική που πραγματοποιήθηκε σε μια εξέταση. Συνοψίζοντας, θα επισκεπτόμουν ξανά αυτό το διαγνωστικό κέντρο και θα το συστήσω και σε άλλους συμπολίτες που ενδιαφέρονται για αιμοληψίες στα πλαίσια εργαστηριακών εξετάσεων. This is the first time I have visited the diagnostic center for laboratory tests as part of a check-up. The environment is comfortable and the staff helpful, explaining any questions and reassuring during sampling. The blood sampling was performed using a butterfly, while the person who performed the sampling observed the personal protection measures, wearing gloves during the procedure. Regarding the results, I received them via email (in pdf format), with clear explanations of the results in the right box of the results sheet. I also received a phone call from the lab, for a question I had about the lab technique performed in an exam. In summary, I would visit this diagnostic center again and recommend it to other fellow citizens who are interested in blood sampling as part of laboratory tests.
Ε	Ελλάδα Πανέρα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και άριστα καταρτισμένο και ευγενεστατο προσωπικό. Επισκεπτομουν και τα δύο προηγούμενα χρόνια το Lifecheck στις Τζιτζιφιές πάρα πολύ συχνά και έχω να πω τα ίδια και για εκεί. Τα δύο αστέρια πάνε στο ότι εδώ και τόσα χρόνια δεν έχουν φροντίσει ακόμα να ρυθμίσουν σωστά το server τους και να λαμβάνουμε τα αποτελέσματα με email. Αυτό το πρόβλημα δεν το έχω μόνο εγώ, αλλά και πολλοί γνωστοί μου που επισκέπτονται τα συγκεκριμένα διαγνωστικά. Επιτέλους διορθώστε το! Flawless service and excellently trained and polite staff. I have been visiting Lifecheck in Tzitzifies very often for the past two years and I have the same to say about there. The two stars go to the fact that for so many years they have not yet taken care to properly configure their server and receive the results by email. This problem is not only me, but also many of my acquaintances who visit these diagnostics. Finally fix it!

Η αιμοληψία πάντα ανώδυνη - αυτή τη φορά μου την έκανε η κα Εύα και την ευχαριστώ πολύ! Τα αποτελέσματα έρχονται στο email μου άμεσα στους χρόνους που με εχουν ενημερώσει ότι θα εκδοθούν. Flawless service, noble and trained staff. It usually has a little or no waiting depending on the time of arrival. Blood sampling is always painless - this time Ms. Eva did it for me and I thank her very much! The results come to my email immediately at the times they have informed me that they will be published.
