J	Juan Pedro Culebra Cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok and the cleaning service too, the problem comes when you find a note in the hotel door asking you to go to other hotel to do the check in and they even not bother in printing a map to show you the location. It is absolutely incledible. By the way, the swimming pool was at the other hotel too. It's a same because the room and installations were not bad at all.
S	Socratis Gkelios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, we booked a room for five days and we stayed there only the two of them. The other three days they send us to spend the night in another hotel,without warning beforehand. Thankfully the other hotel was nice (without breakfast) and close to lignos. We could use the pool from another hotel about 200m away. The room here was small but clean.

There was a sign on the reception saying that for check in I needed to walk to another hotel 2-3 minutes down the road. Once I arrived there, a lady told me that she had left the reception because almost everyone had checked in. She told me the room number and that I would find its door open with the key in it. That's near crazy, anyone could have gone inside the room unsupervised before me. The room was spacious and even had a balcony. However the toilet was so dirty that I could not use it. I posted a video on Google map where you can see a close up of the toilet seat, the dirtiest I have ever seen. The bed structure was very weak therefore would squeak at every movements. Worth only the 35 euros paid for.
a	akshay zaveri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the checkin is tricky, and the service and checkout is just subpar. I would recommend this as for quick stay close to caldera and all food outlets and bus station Rooms are clean, and balcony is alright. A. C. does misbehave, didn't work an entire night.
j	jason KK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for the price. I stayed there for 5 days. Spacious room, clean with fridge. Also, there was a big pool. Location is perfect, in the center of fira and near the bus station. If you want a luxury hotel, it might not be for you.
J	Julie Luong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have sent multiple emails and calls and tried to get into contact with Lignos hotel but we have had no response. We tried to make a new booking for this year as our voucher was extended to 2022 despite the voucher stating it will expire in October 2021. Due to the no communication from Lignos, we would like our money back to the original card. We have never been given justification for the extension of the voucher and as no one as come back to us we are unable to redeem the voucher.
W	Whiskey Foxtrot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the bad reviews I booked with this hotel anyways due to budgetary reasons so my expectations were very low when I checked in. I got in super late, hotel arranged for taxi pick up. Got to the hotel and driver helped carry luggage up to the room. Room was very spacious, clean, and air circulation a plus. Air-con worked very well even though we didn’t need it. I gave this hotel a 5 star rating which was assessed against what we paid for the room per night. Comparing this hotel against others of similar value and this place definitely exceeds them. I’d say it’s unfair to compare this hotel to a 5 star hotel especially when your paying economy rates.
K	K4mpfbroetchen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 Euro per night is super cheap, we booked in Corona ;). Its usually for this price a 4/5, but the misleading pool in the partner hotel which you can use and wrong pictures(deluxe hotel) are a minus star. My Room is about 9 m² small but super clean, thanks to the nice Romanian ?. Its central central, so central you can hear people party outside and the bus main station is 200m away. Where you can go everywhere cheap. Its like a hotel, so you can go there. With a reception (which you don't need) 250m away.
