★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel, in a very convenient area next to the center of Fira. It meets all the requirements and was very clean, respecting all hygiene measures. I highly recommend it as one of the best options. I would especially like to thank Mr. Arthur, an employee of the boarding house, for the impeccable service and the most kind hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was only a night stay in the resort. However their flexibility on our very early arrival by providing us even a better room just to let us check in was very helpful. Very friendly and sincere staff. Very clean. The room we stayed was also well equipped and nicely done. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.
Location is efficient as it is 5-10min walking distance to main bus station of Fira, as well as Bus Tours' meeting point. 5mins to backery, kiosk and other eateries that arent very expensive compared to others. Also 15-mins to walk uphill and simply enjoy spectacular view of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is unreasonable & heartless! They refused to extend my travel vouchers til next year. We're still not comfortable to travel with the Covid risks still around. They gave us a "special" offer with rates more than double the original price we booked after forfeiting our booking. Don't book this hotel. Run!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely place just within few minutes walk to the caldera. Arthur was super kind. He waited as we arrived late. Gave us all the tips from bus stop to bakery to supermarket and restaurants.
Eleftira was kind too. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location ( 5 min walk from the bus station) bakeries and cafes nearby, center of Fira quite close, not to mention the impeccably clean rooms, great service, great hosts, easy check in and quiet neighborhood. All these make a wonderful stay! Highly recommend it!
