E	Emerie & Erin Lukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in a great location for Santorini - right in the heart of Fira, close to the bus/taxi station, as well as accessible to sunset views & restaurants. However, the hotel itself is quite sterile - thin discolored towels, not plush bedding, and cement nightstands. We were in the room with the supposed "best view" and you could barely see the ocean on the OTHER side of the island (the East side) even though the hotel is located on the West side of the island. It's not what I would call cozy or inviting, but it's a decent room if you are focused on location & convenience. The breakfast brought up to our room was excellent!
D	Dieter Vits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel earns 5 stars. We got a room upgrade for free when we arrived, getting the jacuzzi and sea view. Additionally, the staff was really helpful and friendly. For 7 euros you can enjoy a typical greek breakfast.

Pros: central location, cheap prices, lovely staff, clean room, air-conditioning, nice decor, fridge & kettle, good shower head, comfortable enough bed. Cons: noisy due to close proximity to bars, sheer curtains so fluoro lights shine in. It's a basic spot but for the price it's hard to beat. Difficulty in being able to sleep is the reason for my rating.
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is budget friendly and comfortable, but the owner is very dishonest! He secretly doubled charged us and purposely only gave us 1 receipt to look like a single transaction. We didn’t realize until after our trip and tried to contact him but had no response. Luckily we made our reservation through a third party website and were able to be compensated.

The reservation was made a couple of weeks in advance and I was discussing the check-in with the staff earlier. They said that the only thing they can do is suggesting names of other hotels. That was really stressful as I had to immediately start looking for a place to stay instead of enjoying my time on holiday in the other part of Greece. Very unprofessional!!!

S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed double for a room with hottub. When I arrived, i noticed hot tub wont turn on and none of the features worked. I called reception and he confirmed the hottub didnt work. I asked to be put in regular room qith half the price and he refused. He said i had to accept the condition of the hot tub as is and there were no refunds. The tub had hot water in it and was very old and dirty. There was green mold around the main water area. There were loose screws and broken ripped seats. Disgusting. I feel deceived and also no help from reception
