Use at your peril! We booked two trips from their Agios Stefanos branch. One was a day trip from San Stefanos to Sidari, the other an evening trip to Kassiopi. The company is good value for money and the Sidari trip went off without a hitch. Unfortunately, the Kassiopi trip saw us stranded in Kassiopi as the minibus didn’t turn up to pick us up! To cut a long story short, the driver told us to meet him at the town square at 22:50, it didn’t show. A large, unmarked coach turned up at 11, which was apparently our pick up. Bearing in mind the pick up point is the main bus stop, we didn’t think for a minute this was our coach as we were the only ones dropped off in the afternoon, and the coach leaving at 11 was full. We ended up having to get a taxi costing £45 euros at 00:45 the next morning. What annoyed me was the travel reps attitude the next day. He told us we should have got the coach. He also said the mini bus driver came along at 11.30 (we were still at the pick up point until 11:45) as we weren’t on the coach. When asked if the coach driver had a list of people on the coach he said no - so how would the original driver have known we weren’t on the coach. This is one of those companies that does well when there’s no problems, but don’t care at all when there is a problem. You live and learn....

Sold us a tour to Paris-Antipaxos. The tour was very-very bad organized and if truly saying it was the worse trip in my life. The agency could at least tell us what to expect during the excursion and suggest something other.

Very friendly and went out of their way to help when we left something valuable on the boat. And it was an amazing trip with Captain Kostas
