R	Rubin Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von dieser Agentur!! Wir wurden nur abgezockt :( Außerdem wurde das Angebot nicht eingehalten. Wir sind den ganzen Tag von 8:00-22:00 Uhr nur im Bus oder Boot gesessen. Von Paxo/Antipaxo haben wir aber leider so gut wie nichts gesehen. Absolute pleite :( Stay away from this agency !! We were just ripped off :( In addition, the offer was not kept. We were only sat in the bus or boat the whole day from 8: 00-22: 00. Unfortunately, we saw almost nothing of Paxo / Antipaxo. Absolutely broke :(

She charged us for 18 euro instead of 15 euro for the Albania trip, said, it was taxes. She wasn't telling that the ID has to be valid for at least 3 months after the arrival in Albania. In sum: avoid it.

Today, Wednesday 11th Aug 2019, at around 7-9.30pm, i visited this “Princess” agency with my mother. We came to this island for a VACATION - how shocking it is to receive such rudeness from a “lady” here. We wonder if she was even Greek, as we haven’t met any rude Greeks in our life. They had a big sign outside saying “CHANGE” or whatever, we needed to change money so went inside and asked for money exchange nicely and kindly, as every human should. She eventually said in a rude tone “its for customers only” and refused to do anything, fair enough. and as we turned to leave she said “Im not a bank.” When we questioned her rudeness she said “Im thirty years im not rude” Erm..... really? You should all visit VLASEROS TRAVEL instead, its funny how a young girl and even an older lady there are SUPER kind & respectful...... but that lady at “princess” has very low standards. Don’t waste your money on them ..... untill they treat other human beings with R E S P E C T :)

We have spent 80 euros per person and 5 hours on the road from Sidari to Meteora Monasteries for only one hour visit (out of 3-4 promised) of only one monastery instead of 2 promised. We have passed by 2 or 3 other little monasteries without any possibility to take proper photos and left so many others behind - we have been there but didn't see nothing what was promised!!! Instead we wasted 40 minutes in Kalambaka city which has nothing to show waiting for Agency lady and her friend having lunch and another stop buying fruits instead of watching miracles.... And finally she was arguing that this is what she told us back in the office. Seriously!?? Who whould pay so much for such a worthless trip??? Would never recommend...

We would most definitely work with her for our next trip to Sidari. When we initially walked in she was helping a tourist find his apartment who hadn't booked with Princess. Very hospitable and kind! Thank you Marina for all of your help!
