Great view and location! View is only thing you need if you want to stay in Fira! Good breakfast ! Unfortunately I was there when pool was not open because of covid19 situation but I enjoyed view

Very nice hotel! Great view, good pool, nice staff. Nice areas to hang out with a great view! The room was a bit spartanic but clean and ok. The breakfast was not good for a vegetarian. No fruits, vegetables, or even yogurt.

This staff at hotel Loucas on the Cliff were Fabulous with a capital F. Nothing was too much for them. In particular Matina, Nikos and Nicholas were outstanding. If, like my wife and I you want to spend a few days for a special occasion (ours was our 25th anniversary) or just go to see the view from the cliff we would recommend this hotel.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen! The rooms are disgusting dirty. There were traces of hair and urine in the toilet under the lid. The bedsheets are covered with human hair with yellow marks. The floors in the room are very slippery and you can break your legs if you are not careful!!! Photos do NOT correspond to reality at all !!! Misleading photos! The only room in the photo is number 13. The executive room we booked was number 13 and didn't even come close to the one we were given. They then showed us another room which was completely downhill and not the same as the one we had booked. The staff are unfriendly and don't care when you point them and they just say we don't have any other rooms and we won't do anything about cleaning. They do not have the photos of the rooms that they provided to us in their profile on hotels.com. WIFI doesn't working. They gave us 5 different wifi passwords but none of them worked. There was no refund, even Hotels.com disappointed us by stating that there was nothing they could do about it. We immediately booked a new hotel as it was disgusting to stay there. Avoid this place if you don't want to lose money, there are excellent 4 star hotels for the same price.

Incredible view! We visited in the off season so the staff was limited, but those there were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were querky, but very appropriate. Wish I had visited 30 years ago, when steps weren't an issue for me.

Don't ever book this hotel. Book at your own risk! Room was disgusted! The pillow was thinner than my folded pull over. Been asking for extra pillow and they replied," there is no more pillow what do you want me to do, buy more?" Live wire was found at room 45. Mould was found at room 47 bathroom. Feedback to them they replied that they cannot do anything.

This is a great hotel with the best sea view ? ? ? ? and the volcano. Room service come every morning and keep the place super clean!! I had breakfast ? and went down to the pool area ???am not a good swimmer but I tried . I recommend this place very close to the car cable to the old port and the shops are very close . Those who love nightclubs that's the place near to everything.
