C	Carmina ED on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. Delicious breakfast with fresh Greek pastries and coffee, yogurt, fruit and toasts. The owner was simply wonderful and helped us a lot. We book our taxis and ferries with his help. The room was always spotless and the cleaners were so nice always. They also have a jacuzzi which is enough to refresh yourself but there’s also a swimming pool in the hotel near it. Best choice ever. Btw the views from the terrace were stunning.

They are strictly following Covid protocols and maintaining breakfast slots to avoid group gathering, which also gives us privacy and we can have the caldera view to ourself if we opt for breakfast on terrace. We had a great stay here in mid November although most of the restaurants, shops and businesses will be closed past 15th Nov, we felt it's a good time to visit Santorini cause we can avoid the crowds. Still there were occasional crowds from luxury cruises who were coming for Island hopping.

The hospitality he showed us was second to none. The views were absolutely stunning! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfasts were phenomenal! I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough!

They even upgraded us to the sister hotel where the pool is located for our last night which was such a lovely surprise ! Would definitely recommend staying here as its location is one of the best in santorini

Right in the heart of Thira , beautiful views , comfy and spotlessly clean The hospitality is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble ( even though we didn’t need anything) the use of the sister hotel a few meters away would be amazing in the summer months to use the pool ( we didn’t use it this time as a bit cool ) All in all I would return in a heartbeat and will recommend it to all my family and friends Thank you Theoxenia for a lovely holiday ❤️

The staff was also most helpful with travel tips. Not the most luxurious, but absolutely adequate and good value for Santorini, especially considering the central Thira location of this hotel.

Breakfast is served in rooms but you can request to also have on terrace ! I can’t thank enough wonderful staff for making our stay and our special occasion so memorable. Chris and Lydia and all staff members go out of way to ensure that stay is as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend Theoxenia if you are looking for property with view, good hospitality and easy access to central point of Fira!
