Cosy, stylish, value for money! The location in perfect, right in the middle of everything.

It is a hidden gem. The staff keep it spotless. Wish there was body lotion in the bathroom. Nice beds. clean rooms. One of the best free breakfasts in my entire 10 day stay in Greece. The staff is simply outstanding. We met a petite angel Fotinin, at the front desk - chirpy and helpful. The breakfast lady is very caring and has immense pride in the food she serves. The management is ahead of the game, unlike many. Wish them great success.

Our accommodation in Central Fira Hotel was Excellent! The hotel is very clean and in a very convenient location, next to bus station, restaurants and right next to caldera (sea view) of Fira. Breakfast is plenty, you get to choose between many options and it comes right in your room. Staff from the reception upto the cleaning ladies, is so friendly and lovely. I Totally recommend it and I would definitely come back!

+ value for money + location - better is hardly possible + friendly receptionist + big comfy bed + early check-in was possible + storage of luggage was possible + very supportive when we had questions - waiting 30min for check-in because of a group of boys infront of us was annoying - very loud during night - we were woken up several times during night when drunk guests came home as there is 0 isolation - table in the room was dirty from previous breakfasts CAUTION: via booking we were asked to pay 10€/night/person additionally for breakfast - we decided not to have breakfast, but when arriving we were informed that it's always included - MASSIVE RIP OFF FROM BOOKING.COM Breakfast is nothing special, but was a nice surprise to get it for free for us.

Positives: centre location, clean and modern, nice staff and decent enough breakfast. Overall if this was located in a european city I would rate much higher. However.... Negatives and why i rate it so low: We spent 6 weeks on holiday in Fira and this was the most disappointing place we stayed. We only stayed 1 night. I paid extra for a bigger room. There was a random wall in the middle of the room. That in itself was strange??? It had a prison feel to it inside. It had a fred flintstone dark bathroom. There is no real scenery and that is the main reason for such a low rating. How often are you going to be in Santorini? For a little extra you can get a better room in another hotel with a view. Also there was many steps up to our room...for a room with not much of a view this was not worth it. Also a little noisey with the traffic outside. Pool is at another hotel....which we did not follow up on. On a positive we discovered Angel Suites and Pantelia Suites which were both in the centre and with a view and enjoyed our trip in those places.

Great place for a budget stay. Excellent location in the heart of Fira. Close access to the restaurants and bus station.

room was as described, kind and friendly staff. Extremely helpful with helping me find my way around the island as travelling by myself. My phone broke on the trip… they helped me sort everything out! The room was pretty and clean also. The breakfast was great. Location great also
