Clean and quiet place,with entertainment almost every night,food is good and the service is excellent!For those who want to visit the city Heraklion,the bus station is a few meters away,and you can even buy a bus ticket directly from the receptionist,which I've found very convenient! 10 out of 10 I would visit again!

A very beautiful hotel. The beach in front of it is super wow. The staff is exceptionally polite. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is amazing.

Beautiful place, nice and clean Hotel. It was renovated some month and everything is like new and modern. We stayed here for 10 days and every das was beautiful, wether at the pool or ar the beach. Book your stay here and you won't regret it :)

It's a great hotel, freshly refurbished (2018) and rebranded to all inclusive, adults only it's fantastic. It's quiet and relaxing, the staff is friendly and helpful, you have your own beach and there's enough space so you can stay on your own. The standard is of the rooms and interior design is upscale and almost luxurious. There's a bus stop outside to go to town (even so that Greek busses don't seem to run by any schedule) and a little shop a 100 meters up the road for your souvenir shopping.

Pros: clean, modern, nice beach and pool area, friedly staff. Cons: mediocre food, rooms are cleaned only every second day (they say because of covid...). No fitness area. Would have been 4 stars overall, due to the lack of the cons, only 3 stars.

We stay in hotel 7 days. Location is good, when we take that its so close to Heraklion and airport as well, transfer with taxi to hotel was about 5-6 minutes. Around of hotel its not so much to see, two small minimarket which doesnt look so atractive. Small minimarket is also in hotel. Beach has enought sunbeds with umbrelas, never happened to us that we couldnt find ,,place". Beach is clean with sand. Dinning room was nice,clean, sometimes staff in rush, but still very kind. Food was tasty, but little bit is ,,disturbing" that we couldnt take food by ourselves but always to wait for staff ( all that because of Covid). Special italian night - dinner we should enjoy more, food was really tasty, but i think that they could managed better the staff. We wait for plates realy longer that suposed to be. Hello to always smiling and kind Marina from poolbar. Specially THANKS to staff from Lobbybar. Girl is just fantastic, absolutelly. Barman made drinks without any problems even with some specials changes. Room was ok, clean. Servis every second day ( becauae of covid???), but doesnt matter. Was nice surprise for birthday, in the room we found cake and bottle of wine. One animation, not so atractive program during day, in the evening program about one hour, ok. Very nice is program with the live greek musician. During evening after ,,show" or program i would like to hear some music, otherway stayed so quite after program, and mostly all the people left. We prefer to stay longer, but was.....quite. Anyway the holiday we enjoyed as we can ??? Thank You.

This was our best vacation by far. Everything was amazing, personnel, food, beach, pool room with the most comfortable bed I ever had. We had our anniversary there and we god amazing surprise: room with sea view, beautiful bed decoration, cake and champagne :) We felt very safe during the pandemic, everything was cleaned non stop, chairs, tables and sunbeds desinfected after each use... Huge distance everywhere, personnel was wearing masks and gloves all the time. Really zero complaints and we stayed there for 15 days. My wife used their spa 2x and she said it's the best massage she ever had. We highly recommend this hotel and their wonderful staff to everyone-you will not regret it.
