We had plan to stay two nights from Sept 10-12 2019. Our $400 night room did not have air conditioner (2 wall units: one pre-programmed to barely cool a room and the other one not working at all), the room was dirty, old dated and the reception's answer was "open the windows for air, repair for the wall unit air conditioner would arrive tomorrow". We had to leave the hotel, at 9pm without knowing where to go and these people did not reimburse any money. Don't waste your money in a hotel that is not 5 stars at all. There are many other nice and clean places to stay. They mislead people with their pictures. I feel really bad for the staff that tried to do their best with the chaos around them. This place is awful and deceiving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, adequate rooms, narrow bathrooms. WIFI is a bit of an issue, they need to upgrade the equipment. Food is Greek, if you like, you will enjoy.

The photo used are nothing like the hotel including the rooms and lobby, our room had a live socket under the sink , the toilets were full of green mould, the private pool were never cleaned, the room were big but not much furniture in it except for old chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most terrible hotels ever and of course none even close to a 5 star.
We booked a junior suite with a private pool and bathtub near the bed but they tried to give us a totally different room instead.
Unfortunately it didn't stop there since they found the right room with one hour delay of course.
In general we faced unprofessional staff with attitude, unspeakable breakfast (everything was cold) and the worst of all was the cleanliness in the rooms which simply didn't exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty good hotel. We’ve been to a couple others since our stay here that were much nicer so I can only give 4 stars.
Rooms are clean as are the grounds, but the plumbing could use some help. The staff, though are excellent. Super friendly, charming and helpful. I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. From some comments i wasn't sure what to expect. BUT i think whoever right bad comments for this hotel should be a bad person. The staff was exctremely helpfull, the receptionist gave us all the appropriate infromations about the island and also reccomend to us places where we could eat and activities to do. ( TIP . you have to get a tour around the island with the private yacht ) The room was clean, traditional interior and everything was white. Buffer breakfast exceptional, many different dishes every day, local food and kagiana. Pool area very nice and also the guy at the pool bar will make you very nice cocktails. Of course 5 stars cause they treat me and my wife with proffesionalism, we will come back next year for sure. The location only 5 minutes by car from Fira

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highlights: Has a pool that is maintained daily with a friendly pool staff for food or drinks. Breakfast is available and provides options for everyone.
Pitfalls:
Upon entry to our room, we found the toilet running. After reporting this to the receptionist, it was indicated that the maintenance was gone for the day and they would fix it tomorrow. The best they could do would send house keeping with extra towels.
We stayed 3 nights and maintenance was never available.
The towels here have never seen any fabric softener and could be used to exfoliate every part of your body with just one round.
The air conditioner barely pushed any air.
Overall, the stay was very underwhelming. Would NOT recommend.
