Surely Macedonia Palace is the best of the three ships (or at least as good) with the brightest captain I've seen. He speaks 3 languages, is always smiling, having a great party mood, stopping everywhere he can so you can have a great trip. I think this was the best cruise I had. Really fun and had time for everything. Next time I'll probably visit Fiskardo for a longer period. The prices on the ship are pretty normal for a ship but wait till the happy hour and you can almost get 2 for one. We also had a picture with the captain, he's just great :D

Update: in your reply you misunderstood. We were NOT from the birthday party group. Birthday party was harrassing other passengers and not letting them to the top deck, while the captain and the crew did not want to do anything about that. They promised the top deck (best view, best seats) for a birthday party of young Germans. Without informing other passengers. The captain and the crew did not want to solve the issue, they just stayed silent. Had to fight our way to the top. Experience ruined. We would never choose that day or that boat if we knew that the top deck will have a loud company that somehow decided that top deck is their private boat.

They informed us wrong. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. We lost the cruise. This is the second daily cruise disappointment in Greece. Luckily we did 3 more at other places that weren't booked here. They were all booked through our touroffice from Germany. All great and very professional.

I would say so and so. The places visited were amazing and the swimming spots as well. Boat was very well stocked, any drinks or food available. My big minus is the number of tickets they sell on the boat - we were lucky to arrive early and found a relatively good spot in a corner (even if it was mostly sunny during the day) but otheres were sitting like sardines. Forget the distance rules, but take into account the voyagers whom don't like to sweat on each other.

PROS: 1. It was only 25 EUR per person, which makes it one of the cheapest options in Lefkada. 2. They had available spots immediately- I booked from one day to another, which is literally impossible with the more exclusive cruises. 3. We reached the destinations as promised, which was rhe main reason we took the trip. 4. There's lunch available on board for 8 eur, plus drinks and coffee all day long AND happy hour for cocktails ? 5. The boat was clean (as much as possible with hundreds of people on board) and the carpets not old. 6. The captain recommended a few places to have lunch on Fiskardo (the only option for lunch, if you do not want the o e on board), and they were really good ones, take them. 7. They were really responsive, and offered free parking, which was a good and fast option in the morning (makedonia palace parking, you find it on Google maps). CONS: 1. There were absolutely zero covid measures taken on board - I read somewhere that the ship os operating at 80% capacity, according to the Greek legislation. I do not want to be there when it is 100%. I took some photos on the decks, so you can see for yourselves what 80% means. We were literally stuck to each other. 2. The cruise is mostly greek oriented, as the presentation is conducted in Greek. The translation is poor and lacks details. I personally did not completely mind, as you can research for yourself before/after the cruise. However, it is unfair to present the cruise as an English speaking one. As someone said in one of the reviews, A2 maximum. 3. The quality of the sound is poor- on the lower deck it is inaudible, as the sound of tge engine is way too loud. Again, it may be normal, just offer a different type of tickets for the lower deck, and that would be fair. 4. Smoking everywhere on board - outside, of course- still not pleasant for non smokers. 5. Useless kids pool on the lower deck- all is did was splash water around, forcing people to shorten even more the distance between each other. 6. I mentioned lunch on board- they only anounce it after you start the cruise, sort of forcing you to get it, due to lack of other options. I skipped luch, butfrom what I saw in front od other people, the meat was a bit undone in the middle. There's one option for lunch during this cruise (Fiskardo) and the time is short: either lunch, or a walk. I chose the walk ? The personal experience was a bit low, starting from the beginning, actually, as I got to the boat having made a reservation on line, and the captain told me to wait, because I did not have a ticket. ???? What ticket?!?!? I booked on line. I waited for a few minutes, people were coming in waves, and I asked again, this time not so patient. And they let me on the boat. As I said, the English level quite low, but also the approach was rude. Not so much of a first impression, what can I say....that's the reason for the two stars rating.

I really enjoyed the whole experience of the cruise. The captain was very happy and enjoyable and he made this cruise a very memorable experience. The price was a bit high but I think it was reasonable because of the quality of services. You can pre-pay the tickets and include lunch which is much cheaper than if you were to buy it on board. It includes Greek Souvlaki, Salad, French fries and two pieces of bread, and all of those were very delicious. In all of the trip you will get insights and information about the history of each place you are going to visit from the captain and foreigner guides that translate them in various languages. The prices on board for cocktails and coffee are very reasonable with many discounts and happy-hours. The crew of the boat was very happy to help us and you have the opportunity to purchase memorial gifts from the ride. In Egremni, Ithaca and Kefallonia we were allowed to swim and relax on the beach for about one hour, enough to enjoy the picturesque scenery. The schedule of the ride was a always on point and we were sure that the crew and the captain knew what they were doing. The boat and its seats are very well maintained and very clean. Finally, there is also music playing for the most of the time including mainly Greek traditional and pop music. The capacity of the boat was on 42% for safety measures and the passengers were sparse between them. I really recommend this ride and left with beautiful memories.

The trip was amazing! Fun captain, good prices on board with happy hour and the best crew staff I have ever seen! I dropped my GoPro in the sea ~10m depth and a person from the crew managed to get it for me. One of the cases that five stars are not enough

We had a really great time at the Macedonia Palace cruise. The places we visited were beautiful, the atmosphere on the boat was fun and the captain and the crew were very nice as well. We were afraid it might be too crowded as some reviews suggested, but it wasn't the case for us (maybe because we went off season in September), everyone had enough space to stay on the sun, in the shade or inside, whatever they preferred. The salesperson did sell us a few things that weren't really true (e.g. no sunbeds) but even with that, we were happy with this tour and it was totally worth the money for a full day of experience. Definitely recommend!
