★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφος χώρος για βόλτα δίπλα σε κρύα τρεχούμενα νερά και κάτω από ψηλά πεύκα και έλατα. Υπάρχουν πέτρινες εγκαταστάσεις για να κάνετε πικνικ ή για να ετοιμαστείτε αν πρόκειται να ξεκινήσετε πεζοπορία προς το καταφύγιο. Αν έχετε κατάλληλο όχημα μπορείτε να πάρετε τη διαδρομή προς Αναβρυτή και να διασχίσετε έτσι ένα όμορφο τμήμα του Ταϋγέτου.
Very beautiful place for a walk next to cold running water and under tall pines and firs. There are stone facilities for picnicking or getting ready for hiking. If you have a suitable vehicle you can take the route to Anavryti and thus cross a beautiful part of Taygetos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nature at the area, one of the many impressive places of Taygetos mountain. Picnic tables, small waterfalls at the river, comfortable parking area, easy access by road, except on the winter days with to much snow. Also a hiking path to the refuge of the mountain is starting from this point.
