★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to visit, with very interesting guided tours. On Tuesdays and Fridays in the main season, they have their festival nights, which are superb. You have the guided tour of the facilities, telling you about the olives and how they make the oil, soap, etc. That's then followed by a buffet with plenty of food and drink, plus dancing and music. A superb night out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited very briefly and were greeted by a nice staff member who kindly allowed us to try a few olive oils they make on site. We were not offered a tour of the facility but we did walk around on our own. Seems like in busier times there is a very nice area where they serve wine and food outside- but it did not seem like this was happening right now likely due to COVID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic evening at Lyrakis Family Olive Mill. We were given a tour of the mill and shown demonstrations of how they make traditional olive soap, honey and olive oil. We were then treated to a fantastic all-you-can-eat meal of traditional Greek style food and wine followed by a great entertainment from Greek dancers. A truly unique Cretan experience, well worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Wonderful woman giving us a tour of the place place whilst introducing us to the process of cold pressing. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in olive oil and Greek hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute must visit if remotely near! True family owned, husband, daughter and a son less than 10 year old who dances with true traditional passion during the Festival. This was our 3rd year visiting purchasing nearly a pallet each trip of their heirloom deeply rich full flavor olives and oils. The Festival held twice a week is an evening you will not forget. All the local food is cooked in fire ovens, service is impeccable and stunning wine selections! The best part, meeting the owner and his wife who will make you feel like family. Truly a lovely place that holds fond memories!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning of the tour I tought this is a sale pitch for olive products. I was wrong, was a Cretan Night party like no other. Amazing entertainment, excellent food and great surroundings made an unforgettable night shining. A star less only because they don't have handicap access (also hard to reach sanitar facilities).
