Κι αντε σπίτια σας για καφεδάκι και τσιγαράκι. Να κάνουν κ οι υπόλοιποι την δουλειά τς. really tragic.! I've been calling every day for a week and they hang up on me! Get people who have an appetite for work. And instead of your houses for coffee and a cigarette. Let the others do their job.

Σήμερα έβγαλα γραμμή σχετικά γρήγορα και με εξυπηρετησε μια κοπέλα και μου έλυσε όλες τις απορίες σχετικά με ένα επιδοτούμενο πρόγραμμα. They almost always do not pick it up. Η εφαρμογή Oaed δεν λειτουργεί, η κάρτα ανεργίας έχει λήξει, πηγαίνω στο γραφείο ανεργίας για να ανανεώσω την κάρτα μου, χωρίς να ελέγξουν τα στοιχεία σας από υπολογιστή σας στέλνουν στο γραφείο ΚΕΠ. όχι ευγενική, όχι φιλική, αηδιαστική συμπεριφορά προς τους μη Έλληνες. I do not know if there is worse customer service than in the unemployment office. The Oaed application does not work, the unemployment card has expired, I go to the unemployment office to renew my card, without checking your data from a computer they send you to the KEP office. not polite, not friendly, disgusting behavior towards non-Greeks.
N	Nick Aronis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι, μηδέν ικανότητα επικοινωνίας καθώς στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάει κανείς! Κι όταν στα 20 τηλέφωνα κατά τυχη το σηκώσει, η γραμματεία απαντάει με αγένεια κι αν δεν της αρέσει το θέμα συζήτησης το κλείνει κιόλας! Αξιοποιώντας την ευκαιρία για απαγόρευση φυσικής προσέλευσης λογω της πανδημίας, από φευγουν την εξυπηρέτηση με κάθε τρόπο!
C	Claire Tsournos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι εγγυος και είχα πάει εκεί ζητώντας να μιλήσω με κάποιον για αυτό και αν δικαιούμαι κάποιο επίδομα . Η κυρία στην είσοδο που μιλούσε στο τηλ και αφου την διακόπτω ευγενικά και της λέω τι θέλω ,μου λέει πως δεν απαντάμε σε ερωτήσεις … να κλείσετε ραντεβού . (Χωρίς Τροπους )Αφού κλείνω ραντεβού μετά από δυο εβδομάδες και πάω εκεί για αυτό , μου λέει η ίδια πάλι δεν εξυπηρετούμε με ραντεβού για μητρότητα κτλ να στείλετε email. Να είμαι δίκαια μια άλλη κυρία που με είχε εξυπηρετήσει στο παρελθόν ήταν πολύ καλή . Δυστυχώς όμως υπάλληλοι σαν αυτήν στην είσοδο … ρίχνουν το επίπεδο και χαντακώνουν και αυτούς που βοηθάνε . The lady at the entrance who was talking on the phone and after I politely interrupt her and tell her what I want, she tells me that we do not answer questions… make an appointment. (No Ways) After I make an appointment after two weeks and I go there for it, she tells me again we do not serve with maternity appointments etc to send an email. To be fair another lady who had served me in the past was very good. Unfortunately, employees like her at the entrance drop the level and ditch those who help.
