M	Maik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have booked a trip to Santorini. the woman who sold us the excursion said we can spend 3 1/2 hours in the capital, Fira. unfortunately we were tricked here. it was only two hours. the excursion was okay, but from 13 hours you are at least 8 hours in the ship or in the bus. the trip is not worth it. But Santorini is a beautiful island. next time the sellers should tell the truth and not sell tourist traps. Edit after first request: Look, i dont want to blame the woman who sold us the trip. I only can give feedback about what i experienced. The german travel guide told me after i ask her for the 3 1/2 h time on Fira, that she never stayed for longer as 2 h or 2 1/2 hours on Fira. So i dont know whats happend but it was not 3 1/2 hours and thats what im telling about. I dont want complain or blame someone. I can understand that youre not happy about this feedback. And if you look all my reviews you will see im always fair.

Our guide Anastasia and driver Yiannis were great, very knowledgeable and helpful. The trip included a couple of stops for food and photo opportunities and we even got to see some vultures on the cliffs! The organisation and timings all worked very well. Beautiful beach and lovely day out, thank you!

We had an amazing time during the trip, Mr Kostas, our bus driver, and Miss Anastasia, our guide, made our trip so convenient and cheerful with their bright smiles and their excellent behaviour! They even offered us candies two times. The bus was very clean and Mr Kostas was driving very carefully. I'd love to organise my next trip with Markidis Travel and I really recommend to other people to do so. Thank you Markidis Travel for everything!

The tour itself was well organized and hit quite a few stops including a historical cave/ossuary, historical monastary, town with lovely ceramics, olive oil factory tour, traditional Cretan food, music and dancing, an archeological museum, and a hike to an interesting chapel. The information was clear, and questions were answered in both German and English. Overall, an excellent tour!

They anticipate trafic and make it an enjoyable trip. The tourguides are really good. Nice explantion about the thing you see next to the road and about the cities, both in English and German. (fluently). It feels like a smaller agency witch makes it very personal and they find the comfort of the trips very important. They make sure you have a stress free and relaxed tour around Crete. Trips we did: South trip (we liked it the most of them all) Elafonissi Agios Nicolaos - Spinalonga Lake cournas Iraklion - Knossos ( we did only visit the museum and did some finer dining after @Xalavro Open Bar)
