Martin made my sons and I trip a dream come true. He went beyond the call of duty to driving us all over the island because there was no more motorcycle or cars to rent on the island. He also helped us with all our reservations, boats, hiking, restaurants, and even on the next island calling friends or speaking to people in Greek for us. Plus you are in front of the most beautiful beach on the island and walking distance to the main town. Best spot in Iraklea

C	Chris Wainwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed with Martin every year for over 10 years. Nothing is too much for him. He will take you to the supermarket over in the port. While you go for your night out he will take you groceries back and put them in the fridge for you. Then when you are ready to return just give him a call. Rooms are not big but certainly adequate. The shared kitchen is a good place to get to know other guests. And the lovely beach (best on the island and in my view one of the best in Greece) is just 30 seconds away. The taverna next door is quiet. (ie. No intrusive music) and does an excellent breakfast if you really are in a chillaxing mood. Tip. Take a brandy onto the beach after midnight and lie back and watch the shooting stars.

The pleasure to wake up in the morning and be so close to the beach is priceless. Martin has also been so nice to drive us with his great car all around the island at any time we needed it. Very very recommended!
M	Matteo Tonon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay. The place is right on a sandy “Caribbean like” beach. This year was perfect. Few people. No campers. Crystal clear waters. The place offers all you need for a relaxing very laid back and cool holiday. You are 1 km away from the village of Agios Georgios but Martin, the manager , offers to drive you whether you need to go to the small supermarket or to the local tavernas! Martin is a fantastic host. He will do anything to make your stay perfect. The property is the only one on the beach of Livadi. From all rooms you can have a sea view. Get some comfy flip flops and start enjoying a true holiday. The house is well maintained, clean and beds very comfortable. Thanks Martin! See you next year.
