★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty Place. Bathroom Looks like it has never been cleaned or maintained. Soap remainings (red brownish) in all corners. Bathroom window to the public floor. Balcony facing the parking spots and other balconies. If you don't care about cleanliness, privacy or easy way to reach the place without a car. It might be possible to recommend it, but I think any hostel or the use of a tent will be more pleasure. The people working here are very nice and try to help. After mentioning that the room was probably not cleaned they cleaned it. Place is close to the beach. Air conditioning works well.

The host was very responsive and quick in reaction for everything we needed.
Definately a place I would return to, as well as recommend to anyone visiting Nikiti

Unfortunately, our bed was a bit dirty and the bathroom didn't smell good. (Mouldered and a bit like old moldy water. No idea where that came from).
But there is great internet.
Conclusion:
It's not really worth it because it's dirty and, in my opinion, unhygienic.
