We have had a wonderful experience with MVD and the whole team! They are professionals that love their passion for diving and are wonderful teachers. My wife did her Open Water certification and I got to go with her on a couple dives. Would love to come back!

These guys are awesome, super chill and professional. We've had 3 dives in 2 days. From the boat we even saw some dolphins and a seal, no guarantees ?. If 5+ and higher was possible I would give them the extra credits. Big up to Rikki, Marina & Michelis ?

I contacted MVD about a dive and a refresher course since it had been a few years since my last dive. When I arrived I was told that the refresher course, which is usually done from the beach, would have to be done from the boat in open water. On the boat ride out, the instructor introduced himself, then reviewed hand signals and safety. There was another man on the boat who was in the process of becoming open water certified, and once we were in the water, it became clear that he was the priority. I wasn’t in the water for two minutes before the instructor started our descent. I wasn’t ready and struggled to become reacquainted with the equipment UNDER WATER. There were no checks of my equipment or questions regarding my familiarity with the equipment. I had to resurface because I couldn’t breathe easily. I had tightened the BCD too tightly around my waist. Upon resurfacing, the instructor said I was panicking and had to return to the boat. I wasn’t panicking, I was struggling to remember everything I had learned in my open water course while descending under water. Again, the man getting certified was clearly the priority. I felt like a burden to the instructor even though I had asked for a refresher course before the dive. He wasn’t understanding, he was accusative. After everyone returned to the boat, the instructor began lecturing me on how much training I needed. He talked about how the instructors don’t do their jobs for money, but rather because they love teaching, which was a fine joke on me because I didn’t receive any instruction. I also had to pay for the dive that I was unable to do.

Marina, Rikki and Michelis form a wonderful team. They surprised me with six astonishing dives. Exploring old WWII-explosion sites, diving into mysterious caverns, searching for octopuses during a night dive - just name it - they have it. Marina and Rikki are very skilled divers who both take really good care about you enjoying the dive, your safety and the environment. Furthermore, they are super friendly and warm-hearted. I enjoyed my short stay with them a lot and will definitely come back. It was a pleasure diving with these guys. Generally, you will find smart organisation, safely planned dives, well-maintained and individually prepared equipment, small groups, structured briefings and afterwards the time to talk about the dive. All divesites are reached by boat. Fair prices. No hidden extra-costs.

Rikki was an amazing instructor. Safety was his number one priority and we really appreciated it as we were first time divers. We were on our honeymoon and were fascinated by seeing Rikki’s underwater world. Fascinating experience!

We had a great and relaxed experience. After a good refresh we could really enjoy the dives and the atmosphere was amazing , you feel the experience and they take all the time. The dive instructor's are friendly, kind and really in to giving you a great dive with safety first. If you like to dive go here ! You will enjoy.
