★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + : accueil chaleureux, vue assez agréable en fonction de votre chambre, la petite piscine, le charme du vintage
- : accès dangereux avec des enfants, l'équipement des kitchenettes laisse à desirer, linge de toilette et draps très limites, salle de bain aillant besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement (baignoire sabot).
L'ensemble de l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon gros rafraîchissement. C'est neanmoins très calme et il y a 2 plages à proximité dont celle de Havania beach.

-: dangerous access with children, the kitchenettes are poorly equipped, towels and sheets very limited, bathroom in need of a good refreshment (hip bath).
The whole place could use a big refresh. It is nonetheless very calm and there are 2 beaches nearby including Havania beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα απαράδεκτο ξενοδοχείο με 80+ σκαλιά για να φτάσουμε στο δωμάτιο, ένα βρώμικο μπάνιο με μια μπανιέρα όπου δεν θέλεις να ξανά μπεις στη ζωή σου με ανύπαρκτο ιντερνετ αν και ενημερώσαμε σχετικά με αυτό. Έχει υπέροχη θέα σε ορισμένα ψηλά σημεία και στην πισίνα που είναι μια κατ' εξαίρεση καλή εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου. Θέλει σίγουρα ανακαίνιση και όχι απλά βάψιμο όπως μόνο αυτό κάνουν. Δεν γίνεται τα δωμάτια να έχουν τόσες ελλείψεις, οι ιδιοκτήτες προφανών και δεν ενδιαφέρονται για τίποτα.. Εν κατακλείδι δεν θα το πρότεινα σε καμία περίπτωση, καλύτερα σε ένα αξιοπρεπές καθαρό ισόγειο στην πόλη χωρίς θέα αλλά να αισθάνεται ο επισκέπτης άνετα με το δωμάτιο που μένει παρά αυτό το χάλι.. όπου όλα είναι ξεχασμένα από την δεκαετία του 1980, λυπάμαι πολύ αλλά έτσι είναι δυστυχώς..
An unacceptable hotel with 80+ steps to get to the room, a dirty bathroom with a bathtub where you do not want to re-enter your life with non-existent internet although we informed about it. It has great views of some high places and the pool which is an exceptionally good image of the hotel. It definitely needs renovation and not just painting as they only do. It is not possible for the rooms to have so many shortcomings, the owners are obvious and not interested in anything .. In conclusion I would not recommend it in any case, better on a decent clean ground floor in the city without a view but to make the guest feel comfortable with the room despite this mess .. where everything has been forgotten since the 1980s, I'm very sorry but so it is unfortunately ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starsi hotel. Minus za ubytovani bez vyhledu na more za zdí ve tmě. Spatna postel s nevyhovujici matraci. Bazen fajn, parkovani na auto u hotelu taky ok a zdarma. Chybela mi rychlovarna konvice. Byli jsme dva dny abychom omrkli trosku mesto a blizke okoli. Prumerne hodnoceni
Older hotel. Minus for accommodation without sea view behind the wall in the dark. Bad bed with unsuitable mattress. Pool nice, car parking at the hotel also ok and free. I missed the kettle. We stayed two days to check out the wreckage of the city and the surrounding area. Average ratings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big studios with kitchen well equiped and bug enough bathroom. It is emplaced in aconvenient distance by Agios Nikolaos (3 km) and Elounda (10 min by car). There is a nice beach nearby at about 5-7 min walking. It has a beautiful view to the see and the personal is very friendly and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an old building falling apart here and there. Found it to be clean, neat and cheap. Wish they would top up on the kitchen utensils, kettle enough plates etc. for 4 people as it can sleep 4 and they do advertise as selfcatering. The manager I found totally over bearing and he smelled of alcohol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Micheal was a wonderful host and Maria an amazing housekeeper. They made us feel like home! They both deserve a 10.
The appartement itself really needs renovation. Lot of stuff are outdated or even slightly broke/damaged. Also the beds to sleep in aren't comfortable. With the help of Maria we fixed that for a couple of days but everything can use a upgrade. If that will do by the owners than the appartements are perfect. For a couple of days with the pool it's fine :)
