We rented a quad on our vacation and after 2 hours of driving the engine gave out. after we called them we were picked up after 3 hours and we didn't get any money back. Nobody obeyed the corona rules and we should definitely pay in cash .... there was no receipt either, not even on request

I had a standard road car KIA for one day. The price was ok and the staff at Abba is very friendly and relaxed. When I picked up that car, it had several dents and scratches. The engine warning light was on continuously. This made me a bit nervous, but the car held out and got us back home safely. I had documented all previous damage and had no trouble when I returned the car. I would use Abba again.

I had 2 rentals, the first was perfect- the quad (acv) was brought into my hotel, the price was good. The second rental is the reason why there are only two stars. I've rented a boat, firstly they told me to rent on another day because they're rented the boat to someone else. After 2 hours the oroblem was solved, i was told the boat will wait for me next day, so it was.. After 10 minutes i was forced to come back(my puppy dog was too afraid) . We returned the boat after 15 minutes of using, i asked for some return or money because i paid the whole ammount 2 days earlier. The Chef told me its impossible because its too late to rent the boat for someone else. Its understandable but after half hour i saw another couple renting the same boat. Another reason for the rating is, that the guy who was making the boat instruction was totally unpleasant, had no mask and was spitting all around, including my face. The 2 stars are going to the office crew, they did theyre job absolutelly perfect, but the rest.. well. After the answer: Nobody told me that a journey with a dog is a bad idea, you told me many customers did it before, and the money isnt the biggest problem at all. I asked if i could have just one jet ski for 10 MINUTES and you told be this is impossible. I can imagine, any other company i visited before would give me something extra, at least it wasnt a small amount, and u got it doubled.

Avoid at any costs. Pre-booked and paid multiple vehicles and speed-boats for the event with this company several weeks upfront the trip. One day before the trip after multiple follow-ups they told me that no vehicles are available at all. No alternatives were provided, no support, never pick up the phones. Were not returning prepaid funds until I came to the office in person and told them I'm going to police office to report fraud. Terrible communication, terrible service - avoid.

Me and my girlfriend rented a quad 300cc for a day which was the best part of our trip to Zakynthos. The quad was super reliable, quick, and easy to operate. I do not see any reason to opt for the larger one (450cc), unless you plan travel the entire island for several days. The only downside with the experience was the communication with the company since you're supposed to get a confirmation after paying 50% of the fee upon booking, which I did'nt. It was only until 15 min prior to the drop off time that I reached out to the company on whatsapp and got my confirmation. The quad was also out of gas when I received it so keep in mind that you will probably need to fill it up (full tank 20 euro) before you go anywhere. However, in my opinion, it would better if the quad was fully filled up when you got it, and the you would just fill it up before you returned it, like most car rentals practice. By doing so you would only pay for the gas you use. In our case, when we returned the quad there was more than half a tank left since we thought we would be needing it. Anyhow, I would definitely recommend Abba and if your interested in wine, I would highly recommend a visit to the Grampsas Vineyard and their restaurant. Cameo Island was also a nice getaway but make sure to get there early as it usually gets very crowded.

The big quads are the best vehicle for the Island! It's not only convinient but also gives a lot more fun ? prices are great and people are nice, they'll always help you out
