Stamatis Rentals - Unnamed Road

We ordered a quad which wasnt delivered. Company passed over our data to other rental firm without our consent - this is a violation of GDPR. We called, messaged but haven’t received any answer. Now they are trying to blame it on us.

Myself and my wife hired a buggy for the day. The service that Stamatis provided was brilliant. They delivered the buggy to our hotel bang on time and I was given a lift back to the hotel at the end of the day. The buggy was top quality and we both had an excellent day. Thanks Stamatis Rentals ?

When booking any tour make sure you don't fall asleep and miss the bus or change your mind at the last minute. Understandably, you will not get a refund because seats are limited and someone else may miss out because of you and that would be a shame.

In office we ordered and payed for boat with shower on board( it’s called “luxury”), on reception Elena promised that is will be new luxury boat with shower, gps and Bluetooth, but when we arrived in port, they provided old boat with broken shower and with out gps. We had to cancel booking and to go find boat anywhere else ( it was a time wasting). We wasted for this service at least 1 hour. Nevertheless, price for boat was for 20 Eur greater that we find later. If you want to rent a boat, you shall to go to Cameo island and find there “zantesuntravel” yellow boats. It’s looks like a brand new and owner is awesome!!!

Worst rental on the island The title of this review seems like a bold statement, and I sure haven’t checked all the rental places on the Island. However, this place is really bad. I don't speak Greek, but I think Stamatis could be a synonym for untrustworthy, bad service or disappointment. We rented a boat at Stamatis rental (€120,00). The rental of the boat included a pick-up as well, I argued and said that our villa was hard to find and that we could arrange transportation ourselves. However, they insisted that they would pick us up, so we agreed. I explained where it was and what places where nearby. A friend of mine showed the place on maps. We said it was near a petrol station, but we did not know the name. She wrote some things down and said they would find it ‘don’t worry guys, just be on time’. We would be picked up at 12:45 the next day. The next day we were waiting at the petrol station (31 degrees Celsius, bright sun). at 13:00 we called that nobody was there. The lady from the day before (I won’t name her), answered that she would fix the problem (and hang up in 15 sec). 10 minutes later I called again, she said that something was wrong, I tried to explain how to get to us, but she hang up on me again ( a fair 20 sec call). I tried to call again 5 minutes later, but she switched off her phone, so we couldn't reach them anymore. At 13:45 (after waiting 1 hour) we decided to leave and rent a boat somewhere else. She called me back at 14:30, but we were already on another boat with another rental and I only saw her call later. Later that day I called that this was a bad experience and that it was not done to hang up on customers. She argued that it was all our fault because we were at the wrong petrol station. We are not from Zakynthos and I tried to explain that it was hard to find, but she said everything was going to be fine and they would find it. Since the rental place was closed due to some health issues with the boss, we asked to meet with us to find a fair solution. They refused to meet with us and also refused to give us a refund. They only offered to give us the boat on the day we were leaving.

Hiring the Polaris ATV from Stamatis was the best day of our holiday and we saw some incredible places. The owners were very friendly and even picked us up and dropped us back to our hotel in Kalamaki!

The best adventure! We saw Zakynthos from a different perspective. We drove through mountains and forests. We saw Mizithres from a breath-taking point. We swam in an amazing place. They also offer us a Greek lunch with traditional dishes and flavors !! Best of all, we drove our own buggy!

The best Buggy experience I have ever had! I drove with a group of 4 buggys and a guide buggy. We took many stops for photos and to drink. We stopped at an amazing place to swim! The most of the tour is offroad! And we also took a brake at an place to eat. They provided a very nice greek lunch! It was so mutch and it was so good! I recomend this tour to everyone!!!
