A great hôtel to stay specially with kids, big rooms and modern interior design with all the features needed. Kitchen fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, safe chest, you can live easily here. Super clean up to spotless. Quiet at all times ( Double glazing doors and windows with motorized black out shutters) Bathroom well equipped with amenities towels ect. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, attentive and they are very well informed about the city and can advise you to any information you may need specially Mr Zissis and Miss Natasha who helped us with some ministry contacts and solved some issues on my behalf. Breakfast served in room, comes in huge baskets with everything you may require from croissants to breads, marmalade, honey, cheese, ham, milk, orange juice, cereals ect... Served in the room at the time you book night before. Wi-Fi was super fast and reliable. Smart TVs everywhere... This Hotel is very well located in the heart of Athens , everything is around you, restaurants, banks, bars, fashion houses, souvenirs, shopping malls, archeological sites, just minutes walking away... Very fancy interior, but with some problems with the heating ( 27 degrees during the night). The hotel is situated smack in the center of Athens, and is almost next door nabor to the Akropolis.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent service by zisis from the front desk. Couldn’t have asked for better. Very glad we chose to stay here.

Outstanding. We stayed for 2 nights. It is in the middle of everything- steps away from everything- restaurants, bars, shopping, historical places, flea markets, pharmacies- you name. You step out of the hotel and you have everything. But still you feel you are not in the middle of everything- the sound proofing in the rooms is excellent. We stayed in the Metropolis Suite. It is 2 bedrooms with 2 proper beds. One has an attached bath and the other outside. One living room, a small kitchenette. Very spacious. The air conditioning is excellent (with Athens touching up to 44 Celsius when we were there this is important). Controls for the a/c, the blinds etc is all electronic. The hotel delivered breakfast to us in the room- it comes in 2 baskets- with bread, baguettes, jam, butter, cheese, ham, milk and orange juice. Very picnic style. No eggs which we didn't miss. They have a coffee machine- espresso and filter with coffee. The rooms are very spacious and so are the washrooms. I have only 2 pieces of feedback: the pillows are hard and the washroom doesn't have a place to hang the towel next to the shower area- small issues but I would recommend the place to look into it. For meals we always stepped out. We were 4 of us. The service is excellent. Fay and Modestos were excellent. They helped with restaurant bookings, recommendations, taxi hailing- you name it. We loved this place so much- we came back on the last day of the trip and spent one more night- not planned.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while visiting Athens. The hotel itself is like a small hidden gem right at the center of it all. If you’re not looking for it you will pass it without realizing it’s there. The area is beautiful and within walking distance to shopping, dinner, drinks, sightseeing, or anything else you might want to do.The rooms were spacious, well designed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However, what really exceeded our expectations was the service. The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. They are knowledgeable about the area, attentive and very responsive. We lost our passports while visiting and the staff was incredibly helpful in getting us all the information we needed to replace them right away. They were genuinely concerned and very kind. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent place to stay, especially when traveling with kids or a group of friends. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. They offer great advice and tips for traveling within Athens. Great location too. I highly recommend.

The rooms are big and great for families. We had a 2 bedroom with 1 full size bed, and 1 "king" bed (in reality it was 2 twin beds pushed together, but there was a dip in the middle). We had 2 bathrooms. A mini refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Plates, flatware and cups were in the room also. The staff was amazing. The women who works evenings was very helpful. After I messed up our tour, the gentleman during the day worked to get me a new tour guide. The location is in the heart of Athens, but ne aware that you may hear noise from the busy street at night. There's a small balcony. One nice/interesting feature is that the room is "smart": the a/c, lights and window blinds are all controlled by a pad on the wall. Breakfast is included and brought to your room in the morning.
