Just nice. We arrived with no reservation (knowing there is a room left) the receptionist was very nice, gave us a room the price was cheap - 108 euro which is very cheap to Fira caldera side (no private hot tub) The view is outstanding! The room is very simple, the mini bar was so noisy we had to unplug it for the night, lights flickered in the room so we also had to find a solution for the night. Breakfast served to the room was very simple. there is a shared pool in the hotel. Central location with restaurants, cafe and bars around.

Great view just outside your door. The staff was helpful in finding and coordinating things to do as well as places to eat. Pilot who works at the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with a fantastic view every morning was one of the best parts to our trip. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended for this hotel ! Great Locations, restaurants and mini market are around, even tho the hotel is very quiet! We got early check in, friendly staffs, clean room, slept well, amazing jacuzzi in suite!

I don't even know where to begin. To start, I was greeted out on the street right when I got out of my Taxi. I didn't have to carry anything. The "bell boys" did it all, which is excellent since there are many steps to take to get down to your room. The views from the start are breathtaking. I couldn't stop taking photos and taking in all the beauty. As soon as you check-in, make sure to request your breakfast for the next morning, which is fantastic! So much variety. The rooms are cute, and the view from my room was amazing. Very quiet, and it felt as if I was the only one staying there. I was there in January, the off-season, and I highly recommend going then, although the locals say September is better since more things are open and the weather is excellent. I recommend visiting the local Winery and taking a catamaran out on the ocean.

We stayed at this hotel through a Costco vacation and we were deeply disappointed. It was difficult to find staff and to get help, and getting anything for the room (coffee, toilet paper) was a pain. There was no functioning wifi in the rooms. The power failed twice when we were there (no fault of the hotel) but there was no staff around either time to let us know what was happening or to provide assistance. The pool is small and was consistently closed earlier than stated; our room had ants; the bathroom was covered in mold; and the breakfast bar was not wiped clean once in the six nights we stayed there. However, if you don’t care about any of this and just want nice views, the views here are great. If you are looking at the hotel website, you might believe there is a nice breakfast and restaurant- this is not the case. Our breakfast was a hostel breakfast at best (plain white bread, some jams, and after we complained we were given feta and tomatoes to go with the bread). There is no restaurant - but the place they advertise as in the hotel is nearby and called Mylos. We didn’t go because it seemed like an overpriced tourist trap. Finally, the final issue that prompted this review is that the hotel clearly engages in getting fake google reviews. If you look at the most recent five star reviews, you will see that it was left by someone who also gave five stars to mylos and a few other places in Greece, and clearly not a tourist who actually stayed at the hotel. Stay away and enjoy the island somewhere else.

Just checked out of this two star hotel, was mislead into booking it by Google stating it is a 4 star, maybe it was once, it's not anymore. The view is great, but so would be every hotel in this area and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the actual property is subpar. Room smells, shower doesn't drain, lacking hot water, hit my head on low ceilings, mould on shower curtain, weak WiFi

What we like: very nice view, not crowded, cleanliness, awesome staffs What we feel that need improvement: breakfast, our room AC die but staff resolved immediately by moving us to different room, hard to find (perhaps provide instructions in the information section) All in all is good hotel to stay

We stayed there last.month, they had just opened for the season. We loved our stay there! From the accommodation, to the view of course, and the staff were all super friendly, and available whenever we needed them! They carried our heavy bags down the flights of stairs and back up! Breakfast was delicious. They even called and set up our taxi for our departure the next day! I highly recommend this place!
