★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 apartments through airbnb with this agency. both experiences really poor: chaotic communication, basics like access to apartment did not go smooth, poor mainetenance of the apartment, etc. - as guest or host simply don’t “mint” your apartment

We arrived at 3 in checkin time, the key was not in the box . We called and one hour later someone absweeee the phone saying the house will not be ready before 7:30 pm with no notice! I have two babies under two and had to push in stroller with luggage for 5 hours in ATHENS!!!!
When we finally came home the door was wide open anyone could have come in!
And on top of it all no cribs for my babies when I confirmed three times in advance i needed it. I called they said they will send it within two hours, no one came and no one answers the phone. My babies slept on the floor.
Add to it that I called every day but no one would answer or when I gave them the apartment number they would hang up
No wifi, wifi password was wrong I tried to ask for the right one also no answer
No bed sheets- all the beds didn’t have any bedsheets
Bathroom full of bugs and flies
TERRIBLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with them. I used to travel a lot and never had something like this. This kind of agency is not taking care about people. They make money with poor room management. MINT is NOT welcoming people as human. I felt really tricked. They take money and thats it. Really disappointed.
I lost my money for a fake apartment by a fake agency.
