★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy agradable por la señora que está literalmente todo el día allí. Lavado por 6e y lavado y secado por 10. No le doy un 5 porque el lavado es muy básico. Nuestra ropa requería blanqueador y no tenía.
 Very nice attention from the lady who is literally there all day. Washed for 6e and washed and dried for 10. I don't give it a 5 because washing is so basic. Our clothes required bleach and did not have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They "washed" our clothes for €6, but...
- They threw colors and whites all together, and permanently stained all our whites in the process
- There must have been leftover bleach from a previous load, because our coloreds became bleach-mottled
- They said they'd wash and dry within the time frame (after we asked; it wasn't given freely), but they only washed... Even though there were many free machines and no observed customers (and the two employees we interacted with were sitting in the next-door cafe smoking or sipping a drink), and
- They seemed bothered with the very idea we wanted clothes washed, or any information about what to do in order to acquire that assistance.
