Και όταν ερωτήθηκαν γιατί δεν τα φέρνουν, απάντησαν ότι είναι λίγα άτομα και δεν προλαβαίνουν να τα κάνουν όλα, για αυτό μαζεύουν τα δέματα και όταν συμπληρωθεί ένας μεγάλος αριθμός δεμάτων ανά οδό αφήνουν στις πολυκατοικίες τα ειδοποιητήρια ,οπότε τα δέματά μας καθυστερούν ακόμη και 20 μέρες επιπλέον του αναμενόμενου,αυτη είναι μια ακόμη καταγγελία που κάνω. the Sorting Center in Ilion does not deliver parcels that may be "large" in volume, in their opinion. Πιο γρήγορα έφτασαν από την Κίνα στην Ελλάδα παρά από το Ίλιον στην Πετρούπολη. I'm waiting for parcels from China that have been blocked at the Ilios sorting center since late January. Γ	Γιώργος Δωματας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απ τα χειρότερα που υπάρχουν, περίμενα δέμα απ Γερμανία 20 μέρες τώρα, έρχεται σήμερα το κουριερ, ενώ είχα γράψει πα ο στο δέμα ότι μωλεις είναι κάτω απ το σπίτι να ειδοποιουση, αυτός απλά επειδή βαριόταν άφησε απλά το χαρτί ότι πέρασε κ ξαφανηστικε, κ δεν φτάνει αυτό, δεν σηκονουν ποτέ τα τηλεφονα, ντροπή απλά!! Ν	Νικος Β. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμένω ένα δέμα περίπου στους 5 μήνες. Λειτουργούν μέχρι τις 2μιση το μεσημέρι, συνεπώς λόγω εργασίας δεν μπορούσα να πάω να το παραλάβω εγώ. Παίρνω λοιπόν άδεια από τη δουλειά , καλώ στο ΚΜΔ Ιλίου, μου λένε ναι εδώ είναι το δέμα σας ελάτε να το παραλάβετε. Πηγαίνω λοιπόν, έψαχναν ένα τέταρτο και δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν το δέμα. Είναι ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟ αυτό που γίνεται, μου είπαν ότι μπορεί να έχει μπερδευτεί στους κούριερ. Αστεία πράγματα. I expect a parcel in about 5 months. They work until 2:30 in the afternoon, so due to work I could not go to pick it up myself. So I take leave from work, I call the KMD Iliou, they tell me yes here is your parcel, come and pick it up. So I go, they were looking for a quarter and could not find the package. It is UNACCEPTABLE what is happening, I was told that it may have confused the couriers. Funny things.
Ι	Ιωάννα Γκολφινοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στάλθηκε πίσω δέμα που είχα να παραλάβω χωρίς να μου έρθει καν ειδοποιήση να πάω να το πάρω. Εννοείται ότι πλήρωσα δίπλα μεταφορικά χωρίς να φταίω. Άλλη φορά έβλεπα σε ένα πακέτο που είχε trαcking ότι το είχαν αυτοί ένα μήνα μέχρι που αγανάκτησα και πήγα και το πήρα μόνη μου (πλήρωσα 10 ευρώ ταξί πήγαινε έλα για ένα πραγματάκι που κόστιζε 3 ευρώ). Έλεος! A parcel was sent back that I had to receive without even notifying me to go and get it. Of course I paid next to shipping without fault. Another time I saw in a package that had tracking that they had it for a month until I got upset and I went and got it myself (I paid 10 euros for a taxi, come and go for a thing that cost 3 euros). Mercy!
