Great views, a rocky and steep walk.

Great view. Note that it can be difficult at points and also very easy to get lost if you don't pay attention.

Beautiful view of you reach the highest part of the mountain. I was able to count 11 islands and the weather was not clear.

The road is long and hard, especially if there is a sun but it's totally worth it cause the view is just amazing!

Highest point in the Cyclades and on Naxos, this place is a must visit. Although the markings for some routes could be better, one definitely cannot lose their way here and there are always plenty of climbers around. The difficulty of the climb is also not that high and is definitely manageable for most people- it takes around 2 hrs for the ascent even if one does it slowly. I would recommend to ascend via the cave route because the markings to descend via this route aren't really that great. The markings on the descent (also possible to ascend this way) via the stream are extremely good and most people both ascend & descend via this route as it's the shortest route if one comes by car.

Great hike, takes about 2 hours to get up and down if you're in a ok-ish fit condition.

Nice hike and challenging route. You're guided by little stone towers on the path BUT many insects accompanied us, which was very annoying!!! I don't blame them because I guess it's their habitat but I'd highly recommend to bring any anti-insect spray along the way. Nice animals to watch and astonishing view at the top. :)
