Mykonos-Private Driver - Kounoupas

This guy left me and my group of 6 adults and 4 kids (between the age of 2 years and 5 years old) stranded at Mykonos port by not showing up. He sent us invoice through paypal which we paid well in advance and promised us to pick up and never showed up nor reply on whatsapp. He was reading all the messages I was sending about his where about but never bothered replying on the day of the pick up. Due to large group it was a nightmare to find another transfer service on the day of. Iit took us almost 2 hours in the heat to make arrangement for another transfer. I have screenshots of whatsapp chat to share if needed. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy. Replying to owner's comment: No the driver was not there. We were there for 2 hours and asked each and every van there. Even police there helped us figure out as we had kids. Port was empty in no time so he could have not missed us. You were very quick on replying when we wanted to add more services but totally ignored our messages on whatsapp when we were waiting there. Whatsapp marked messages as read too instantly which means you totally ignored us. On the brighter side you did refund but that was because we had proof and went through paypal. Please dont try to cover your screwup.

We had a great time with our driver going around Mykonos.We stay in Mykonos only 5 days and we book a private driver for all our stay. Great service , respectful and polite driver , allways on time, even the weather was not sow great, he show us the full island . Thank you Vasilis

Sure easy communication and booking, payment can be done either PayPal or cash. Transfers are available at all hours. Drivers and the owner of the company are professional and friendly, giving tips about the island and asking if you are enjoying your stay. So happy to find a reliable and safe company to take me around Mykonos

Awesome experience with this transport company, it was perfectly organized and the drivers professional and very nice. We were 14 girls and had to move around Mykonos all week end with flexibility and they were the perfect option. Don’t hesitate if you want to have your dream week end planed!

We used mykonos private drivers service during 3 days to move everywhere in the island. We were a group of 30 people and the drivers picked us up with 2 mini buses anywhere on the island at any time of the day and night. They were very reactive to our whats app messages and helped us a lot not to worry about the transportation as there are only 50 taxis on the island. Without them, we wouldn’t have enjoyed our trip as much as we did. The service was perfect, the cars were awesome, the drivers were very nice, they let us put our music in the car and had party to get to a club. The price is very raisonnable and set up prior the ride so there is no bad surprise and you do not have to negociate with taxis who ask for high prices to tourists. I highly recommend this company for anyone which is looking for an easy and nice transportation in Mykonos ! Thank you very much again Pantea
