Mylopotas Watersports - New Dive - Greece

The boat drivers are rude and crazy. When we were there they almost ran over someone snorkeling in the water, and then proceeding to yell at them and told them to go back to their own country. Racist and rude. Will never return

The scuba diving offer was great and on a high level! The instructor Nikos was great guide and helped me to refresh my knowledge as I haven't done diving almost for a year. I recommend this place

This was our first time diving and we had an amazing experience ! Leonidas our instructeur, gave us a full comprehensive breifing step by step to enjoy the experience. He was very professional and also friendly as his colleages who welcomes us at the center. Thanks again !

Reading through other reviews, I can also attest to the fact the lady Maria working behind the counter is incredibly rude. She took 80 euro from me for two boat tours. I asked her if I needed to be there for 3pm for the second boat tour I booked and she said yes. She gave me one receipt for one boat tour and said I will give you your other receipt tomorrow. When I showed up at 3pm she told me I was supposed to be there at 11. That is not what I had confirmed with her the day before verbally so she obviously did not listen to me when I tried to confirm what time I was supposed to be there. I also was not given a receipt for the second boat tour so the entire basis of what time to show up was based off verbal communication. She then proceeded to tell me it was complete my fault I was under the impression the tour was at 3pm, which I felt was very unfair considering I had asked her if I should be showing up at 3pm and she said yes. She also tried to send me on the boat tour for 3pm, which would have been the exact same tour I had done the day before. When I tried to reason with her for a refund she blatantly told me it was entirely my fault, and then accused me of “being ironic” with her. I have never been so shocked in all my life to receive such blatantly bad customer service. She also offered me to go tubing, which is half the price of what I paid for, i then suggested she give me the different back to which she replied “why would I do that”. When I explained my situation to Meltemi sport they very much so sympathized with me and mentioned they have had other come over whom have had tough experiences with her. To say the least I am extremely disappointed in the way Mylopotas conducts itself. I would highly recommend going further down the beach to Meltemi Tours instead of giving your business to Mylopotas.

Had a great boat dive at the wreck. Last minute (evening before) booking, during the end of the low season, but they could run a dive the next morning. Great vis, all kit was in good condition. Friendly helpful staff. Dive site was good but not incredible, there was an OK number of fish, and the wreck was small and spread out but with the parts mostly intact. Will be back later to rent SUP as they have watersports, boat tours etc.. as well as diving. Great place, highly recommend them!

Despite a less than fortuitous start, our boat tour was good fun. The lady behind the beachfront counter couldn’t be described as anything less than cantankerous and blunt, however our tour guide was very friendly and made some pretty good crocodile related jokes. Overall, definitely worth doing if you find yourself in Ios.

These guys know how to make your day. While the sun was shining and we felt the need for some wet adventure, a disc ride felt like the most logical idea. Haven’t done it for ages so the element of fun definitely was there. A solid 10/10 for the equipment and 10000/10 for the staff. ????
