★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best part of my girlfriend and I’s trip to Santorini. Makis made us feel so welcomed and gave us a private tour. We started the tour catching a fish that Makis and his co captain later prepared for us after we were told to take a swim and when we came back on board it was the most beautiful Greek spread of food, we were blown away. They were so proud of the meal they prepared for us, they shared their passion and culture with us and we will be forever grateful for this one of a kind experience. We will always make a point to get a tour with Makis anytime we visit Santorini!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to book a trip for a few days but it was difficult reaching an agreement, eventually after 3 days of trying we agreed a trip for 10am the next morning (via email). The next morning we went to the port as agreed only to find out when we were there that the Captain Makis had agreed another booking leaving us standing on the jetty watching another couple board his boat.
Very disappointing ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a fishing trip of six hours. The boat was perfect for fishing, the weather also, the equipment is good, but the fish decided not to bite. Well that is fishing! Had a good trip on the water, this is what counts!
Very customer focused and hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent trip with Makis and Elias. They were very agreeable and caring.
Don't worry about your fishing skills since they will show you how to do it in a very pedagogical manner.
Dinner onboard with Makis' wife homemade food was simple yet incredible.
Price was 500 euros for 5 hours including fishing, cruising around the caldera, visiting the hot springs, dinner and enjoying the sunset from Ammoudi Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makis & Elias were absolutely incredible, they were professional and so helpful. We didn't have the best luck catching fish but we sailed around the volcano and learned a ton about the history of the island and snorkeled in the coves around the Volcano. We then had delicious snacks prepared by Makis wife with a wonderful salad of vegetables from his own garden. Highly recommend this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing trip.
As the other reviews states, Makis & Elias were so sweet and accommodating. My wife and I had the best time. We caught two barracudas and a bonito. We got served the catch for lunch, bonito ceviche and grilled barracuda. Captain Makis’ wife had made us tomato fritters and boy.. oh boy. I mean the fish was great, but those were the best fritters we’ve ever had. We took the rest of them home.
One of the most special experiences I’ve ever had.
And yes, they do literally switch out your beer for a new one when you aren’t looking!!
Thank you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are incredible! We had the BEST time! If you only do 1 thing in Santorini, DO THIS. The experience was really once in a lifetime and we were treated like royalty! We did the 4 hour tour and it was the perfect amount of time! We went fishing, he taught us all about the island and volcanos, we went swimming in the hot springs which was crazy because it’s on the (active) volcano!!!! Then we caught some fish and they grilled them for us and served us lunch, along with salads and homemade (very authentic) sides which were all incredible! They checked on us the whole time to make sure we had enough beer, wine, beverages, you don’t even need to ask, when it’s empty they’ll bring you a new one right away. They do everything to make you comfortable and so that you really enjoy the experience! They offered us a ‘sea sick’ gum that’s supposed to help but we didn’t have that problem. They also had eye drops on board they let me use (I got sand in my eye the night before) and it really helped! They took amazing care of us and I can’t wait to visit again! They’re truly friends now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must! Captain Makis and First Mate Ilias (I think that’s how it’s spelt..) were amazing and very knowledgeable! Not only did we fish, we also learned about Greece in general! The food prepared was a grouper caught by wife, meatballs made by Captain Makis’ wife, tomato fritters with tomato from Captain Makis’ garden, a salad made with vegetables from Captain Makis’ garden, and bread from a traditional and local bakery. Plenty of beer and wine to go around as well! It felt like being with family. So much so that we’re meeting Captain Makis and First Mate Ilias for drinks later tonight!! So excited! Definitely will be doing this again in the future!
