We visit the hotel and our stay was OUTSTANDING . Everthing was clean and fresh . All the staff was so helpful with everything . We already planning the holiday for this summer to be at same place . be aware we are coming see you soon !!!

The hotel itself is quite nice with big comfortable rooms. It could appear as a good place for having rest for adults without the kids. However: - first at given price without any problems you can get much higher quality and better conditions - there is not enough staff so quality of service is poor; apart for couple exemptions employees seem to be tired and overwhelmed what directly reflects quality of service (not enough people for service). It is too bad when quests are witnessing nervous atmosphere or simply yelling. - managers seem to be not skilled enough and not experienced to handle their areas of responsibilities and to take care of quests and their people when problems appear - breakfast and dinners rather not rich and you are getting basically same choice everyday, including getting same dishes for dinner which were served for lunch (mushroom with cheese ???? ) Definitively we have not experienced great Greek cuisine in this hotel. For sure we will not recommend this hotel to any of our friends. Pity.

Highly recommend the hotel. Especially for people who are coming to calm down and appreciate their holidays in peace. Beautiful architecture, nice and friendly stuff, clean rooms, nicely kept green areas. One thing that could be improved is food- not a lot of it is done in front of the guests, most of it is just heated. Don't get me wrong you still can eat delicious food, it just lack freshness sometimes.

What a wonderful resort, the best we've been so far. Everything is excellent, the service is great, the rooms are very comfortable and all the resort is kept tidy and clean.

We rate our stay as average Points that we noticed positive - the architecture of the hotel - Interior design & good mattresses - direct beach location & beach loungers Points that we remembered rather less pleasant were: - our Suite door simply did not open with the card, we had to run several times to the reception and ask for help, of course we were helped each time, but on your vacation you do not want to have to deal with such issues and wait in front of your room several minutes until the locksmith comes again. - One of the guys, lets call him "helper for all" simply opened our room door while my wife was still naked in the room, although we shouted loudly, please come later again, we are still inside. They had accidentally brought some pillows from another room in our room and now they wanted to get them back. - We had two problems with the safe, which is not a problem at first, there is a technician in the hotel for that. It´s rather less nice, that they opened the safe the second time without me being there! Under no circumstances should a safe be opened, when the guest is not present, even if the intention was to help me as a customer. - The refrigerators in the room are more deco than anything else, even the technician could not do anything, no matter on what setting, it was not able to cool a bottle of water properly over the night. - It´s not possible at breakfast time to simply order a Greek Coffee, sorry guys, I am in Greece in a Greek hotel, that must be possible! I had to wait until the bar was open at the pool. Tip for other guests, if you value warm water in the pool of your suite, take the rear suites without direct sea view, these pools are not covered and the sun can be enjoyed better. Unfortunately, when we arrived and showed the suite, we were mistakenly told that the pool would be heated, but this turned out to be false.

Unforgettable holidays ?. Everything was excellent. Our family reunion was a success after having so many years to see each other. We were very lucky to have booked to Myrion Beach hotel. I will recommended to my friends. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

This Myrion Beach Resort & Spa is a stunning place for a relaxing holiday on the island of Crete. The minute you are entering the hotel you can actually feel the friendliness and hospitality. All the staff is so helpful and do everything to make you feel comfortable and cared for. This all new resort offers you beautiful spa facilities, luxury and stylies guestrooms as well as tastefully decorated public areas. The selection at the breakfast buffet was various, fresh and very tasteful as well as the dishes which are offered at the pool bar. Thank you very much to the Myrion Beach Team for the beautiful relaxing days and hope to visit you soon again.

We spent two weeks in the hotel. Only the best memories. Great room, very comfortable bed. Excellent pool. Pleasant, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Access to the beach directly from the hotel. There could have been a richer breakfast on offer.
