Never was treated so carelessly as a customer, the employee made it impossible to rent a motorbike and, after reading here other disappointed customers with the same bad experience as mine, I am honestly very glad to cancel the deal before signing for anything in there. This review will probably receive a standard feedback from the Shop by saying "this review is from a non-customer and therefore it doesnt count..." - well, of course I am not a customer, after being treated with so much disrespect I could never be your customer, this is not about you keeping the customer level, the truth is that you have no skills in terms of customer care nor the bare minimum respect, accept it and try to be better for your next potential customers instead if ignoring negative feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a very bad experience with that rental shop for motorbikes, unfriendly guy, bad services and you have to wash the motorbike before you return cause you get charged when the bike is dirty and this isn’t requested by any other rental company. When asking for insurance the guy said that we should go rent a car not one of his bikes.
