Nice small hotel with friendly staff. Great pool area. Rooms of older age but we'll disposed.

Great place we've stayed at for four times now. Not A+ if you're fuzzy about accomodations, but it's clean, quiet and relaxing. A perfect place for families.

Its my fourth day here in Kostakis beach. Its a pretty good hotel, clean and the stuff are friendly. The beach is not sandy but still good. Its a good place if you have a car and want to explore Crete. Its good for families and friends Dont forget to bring all the kitchen things with you

I want to continue my review of your hotel by showing evidence of what I am writing. 1. My husband left a review - but looking at the photo you will see that in response the hotel did not find him in the list of vacationers - no birthday greetings, it turns out that he came and lived without regeneration, Then why did we pay a tax in the amount of 3.5 euros? how is he not on the list? I have attached a photo of our booking. 2. Large tasty portions the hotel responds to our food comment. Do you think fatty (all in oil) eggs every morning is a good breakfast? no tomatoes, no cucumbers, nothing else - I attached a photo of a tired, tasteless breakfast. 3. The hotel says that the tour operator told us that the sun loungers are free only by the pool. Attached a photo where it is written on the tour operator's page that the umbrella and sunbed are free. who is lying to the hotel or the tour operator? I think the hotel wants to cash in on stupid tourists. 4. Regarding renting a car - I went to the reception there on the table with brochures with cars - but the hotel worker said sorry that there were no cars. there are 2 car rental companies near the hotel - but there were no cars either, or there was a price of 150 € per day. our guide also had no cars. I saw on a google map that there was a bus stop next to the hotel, asked at the reception, answered my questions with a sour expression on their face. The nicest cleaners in this hotel, cleaning every day and everything was great. And what else I want to say in the photographs of the hotel's advertisement there are no reeds, but when we arrived, we were horrified by the reeds around the hotel 5 meters high. about the beach - dirty and not intended for children, very deep, those who cannot swim will simply go under the water.

We didn't stay here but we used their beach sunbeds and ate there in the afternoon every day, the meals were excellent and staff very helpful, the owner told us we were free to use the pool which was nice, the place looks very clean and well looked after.

We paid for 11 days and ended up leaving on the fifth day! This is the worst experience of my life! There is no territory protection, because if teenagers from the local city drink on the beach on your sun loungers, you will have to figure it out yourself! Smoking neighbors downstairs, making noise until one in the morning, again, you should spend your nerves on finding out, because there is no one from the hotel staff after 16:00! A cave beach only from above, the sea and the rest of the beach are large stones There are no breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. We were offered to go to the city and look for a restaurant. the area is surrounded by lumps and mosquitoes, the rooms have poor drainage and rusty taps. The money was not returned to us, we just escaped from this horror on the fifth day.

Very nice staff, great food and clean rooms. Room service made cleanings every day. Room had all of equipment you need - oven, coffee-maker, etc. Nice and wide beach, quiet and clean territory. A bit bad Wi-Fi, you have to search a place with good speed. There is a supermarket nearby when you can buy everything you need. Great hotel for family rest, highly recommend.
